Happy with the products (we think/hope, should we ever have a claim), less happy with communication quality, timeliness/response time. Many things could be shared here, but to assume a 'disappointment' in your survey verbiage AND have that verbiage cut off on the right hand side kinda illustrates my point. Accuracy of information on potential policy

I asked to have other bids and was just told - this is the best. Who did you talk to ? What was the bid? Did you actually talk to anyone? Now I'm trying to figure out what is actually covered in my policy and realize there is no understandable useful verbiage and when I went to Mercury they said I had to ask you. YOu don't answer my questions. I don't want to go through you.
