The agent was friendly and knowledgable. He worked to get the best insurance to fit our needs and explained anything we needed to know / understand to make our decision. We had to call at the last minute to get renters insurance when the closing was postponed and the did a great job of getting it set up for us even thought it was leading in to a holiday weekend. I would definitely recommend this company.

When I need to get ahold of an agent to make changes it is difficult. There are so many different phone numbers and seldom the one I need listed. I also cannot use the website. It never recognizes me. The auto emergency care assistance is the worst I've ever had.

Lower rates but you did pretty well...

An automated message took my credit card number without ever anyone to ask questions or talk to. Then she preparing, you tell me someone will be in touch in 24 hours. Except, they never were. I don't like that I still have a broken dishwasher, have yet to talk to anyone, don't get to have an option on who repairs it, and am already out the money without anything to show for it. So impersonal and not at all what I expected. It feels like a rip off.
