The policies were not started when they were suppose to and did not hold the premium that was agreed upon. Home Services did offer me a refund since
Responses to quote requests and also assistance with a claim were fast, professional and helpful.
Has never felt like
The agent working with us, Sarah Muniz, has been extremely helpful in getting both our home and auto policies to be exactly what we need.
Doug Miller was amazing in getting us better coverage for a MUCH lower rate!
Good pricing and great service.
Love Sarah.
People that helped me were awesome.
Made it so easy!
The insurance is though Liberty Mutual. It was just changed from Safeco. Even though the app says you can add or remove a vehicle you can’t it just freezes up. When I attempted to contact home service I was told to leave a message and they would get back to me. Three days later I got a callback and got the vehicle removed. This is just poor customer service.
Nathan took the time to explore options for changing my deductibles, etc. to give me various ways to change my plan. His list was organized, sequential, and clear. His research made my annual renewal decision easier.
Sarah made the process easy.
The attention to detail and clarity were outstanding!
Lack of customer service.
Stephanie is amazing!
Prompt and timely answers. Tammy is the best!
Sarah is wonderful!
Always been very helpful
My agent found a better home and auto insurance that works well for me.
My experience has been very bad. My agent has no attention to detail and I had to send 5-6 emails to get my renewal in order. Then one day before my insurance expired I had to remind him againd to send the Docusign for me to sign, otherwise I would lose coverage. Then I sent him a request because I can't access my account and he has ignored me. It's a disaster. Two years ago he forgot to send proof of insurance to my mortgage company and I had to jump through hurdles and do it myself. Every year I feel like I have to be on top of things or else something will go wrong. Insurance is a serious issue, and losing coverage or not having access to policy information is a serious issue, but my agent does not take it seriously.
I requested a quote for new pricing two years in a row and they never got it to me. The first time, they said they were really busy and did not have time. The second time requested, I gave 2 months notice and then continued to follow up on the quote request for auto and home and they FINALLY got me a quote less than a week before my current policy was due. I had zero time to review the info.
My agent Lisa shopped around and found the best policy which met our needs. It was a much better price than my previous policies which I had for years with another agent.
I asked to cancel insurance on a truck I sold. A week later I get a letter from SafeCo that my homeowner policy was cancelled. Then I find out the wrong vehicle was cancelled as well. Use to be so easy to deal with but these are terrible mistakes.
Amy and her crew are quick and professional.
I felt like the coverage was very expensive for the size house. I felt like some of the questions on an "older Home' survey there was no way I could answer, as a person who literally had walked into the home maybe 4 times before buying it. It took a very long time for the underwriters to finally get it over the finish line. My particular broker was very professional and respectful, but the 'back of the kitchen" guys were, apparently, not impressed with me or my new home. Never fully understood why my home stood out as a "problem child", as it were.
Lisa Miller is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, cares, and I trust her.
