HomeFix is flexible on scheduling.

The crew was fast, efficient, and polite.

We have been trying for several days to reach someone within the hierarchy of HomeFix from the main office here in Richmond, and we're getting no response because we have some legitimate questions and issues that have not been closed, so we're not at all pleased, and at this point, we would not recommend HomeFix to anyone.

Workers did not cover up my window AC. So I placed a towel over it when I heard debris falling on it. I found at least 3 roof tiles that wasn't laying down flat. Brought it to their attention and it was fixed. The roof vent appears to have a dip in it. Did not see it right away before work crew left.

The installation was not to my satisfaction. I have to push the door a little slightly to lock it and I have to pull the doorknob in from the outside to unlock it for entry .

There was some confusion about what was expected to be done. Rushing to complete the job cause mistakes and errors.

HomeFix Custom Remodeling Richmond did a good job on the roof. I cannot take that from them. They left items here that I have no use for, which is ridiculous. I understand the siding they left, but why did they leave the tacks that they use with a certain machine? I am being charged for them, and I do not think it is necessary.

Quality product (windows) installed. Nice features on the windows.

I like that they showed up at 6:45 am when it was way below freezing, and worked hard, stayed on task, and stayed until it was too dark to be safe !

I was pleased with the work, just upset because no one spoke English and there was no foreman, so it was hard to communicate.

Great company salesman were great no complaints about workers or job done and my house is much warmer!

I would not give them any opportunity to do a job for other houses. They only put three to four screws, and they didn't put the panel correctly.
