After the issue with the electricity, it gives me pause on using HomeFix Norfolk for other projects. We had to replace multiple outlets.

Every person that I’ve worked with on my house on this project has had exceptional customer service with my concerns, everything I want done they get it done. I remember that I worked with Mike Isaiah, Stefan, Omar, Brian, Bridgette, the rest of the crews on the Window team and the Siding team and the Gutter crew all very professional and provide great work. Plus they crushed Paramount Builders on the price.

When I called Stefan later with a question, I got an immediate answer that solved the problem.

The job was not finished. I feel you are giving us the runaround. You keep promising us you are going to finish the job but don’t show up. How long does this take to finish the job. You will not return calls.

The work was done well, but there were a few bumps in the road. Also, thw crew didn't adequately clean up the site, and we had to call to have the extra materials picked up from the yard.

When they first installed the door, it wasn't installed correctly, and they had to come back out.

Good quality windows and work. They came out to fix some minor issues from the install quickly and without hassle.

They were very hard workers, and they seemed to take pride in what they were doing. They got the job finished on time as well.

I was stressed that I went with a company that knocked on my door without getting other bids. Was very relieved when everyone was friendly, very hard workers, moved in a timely manner and were communicative about schedules and clarifying and responsive to questions.

I just wish we didn't have to micromanage the project so much. I lost trust in the people that were working because of the lack of English making it hard to communicate and the feeling that they weren't doing honest work. I felt they were trying to not replace dry rotted wood.
