Well my sales rep was Dennis and he was very, very helpful and also the Work looked like it was being done well. Because of the weather, I have not even walked on my floor. I have not put my car in my garage and it was Friday and today is Monday, but I will wait because I don’t want to put it in the garage if it’s all snowing nasty.

The floor looks good but the flakes that were stuck to the wall don’t and I can’t get it off.

Our family has viewed the before & after installation and they are all impressed with the patio coating result!

The job was professionally done

Rain on initial installation day caused a month delay. Wish those delayed would not have to get in back of line. End product meets expectations.

I am still waiting on someone to call me about a service appointment to fix the install. I met with Nick and he agreed they needed to do additional work to smooth out the surface of the installation.

Love the cleanliness and color of the flooring

Nathan and Antwan, the installers, did an excellent job! They were on time, professional, knew what they were doing, answered every question I asked them and had a friendly demeanor throughout their time at my house.

Other than the miscommunication regarding the scheduling date, everything went quite smoothly.

Quality install

It took the first crew 3 days to do the garage. Only worked 2 to 3 hours each day instead of the whole day. The warehouse manager sent the wrong color and after it was applied saw it was the wrong color.
Second crew was great! Did both front and back porches in one day. Only took them 3 hours. Super guys.

They stuck with their scheduled install date. Arrived on time and completed the project on time.

Antwan and Amir were very respecting and professional. Their communication was exceptional.

I was satisfied with the finished work as I had expected. Jordan was very professional and completed the job exactly when he said it would.

The team that did the job was very thorough and explained the process fully and how to take care of it. It is the best product I've ever had on garage floors.
