Quality of the work was great ! The only reason for not getting a 10 was due to the amount of clean up my wife and I had to do. Vacuums would have made a huge difference.

Garage floor looks great. Everyone I dealt with were knowledgeable and very helpful.

I was not satisfied with the process, very dusty, he used a hand held Diamond grinder that didn't polish the floor that left some unevenness, had to get someone to clean the garage doors to remove the dust, he can on a 20 degree day that I would not recommend., Did not clean up debris left from sanding on outside of garage and left driveway in a mess.

The crew was too much in a hurry to do a good job. They were diligent however they didn’t come to our place until nearly 11 AM and we’re rushing to Complete by 5 PM.

With being in a rush, they did not tape off cabinets or other areas and left a heavy coat of dust over everything.

From the sales representative to the installation manager and crew, I was completely satisfied. Reunity is competing with many companies who do garage systems. I did not know them when I called for a proposal but their work was beyond expectations.

Although explained, they should have been able to cover the edges better than what they did here. It looked pretty bad AND I have to go over it to try and refinish. Also, the gloss that covers the floor was not enough to make me happy. I love it, do not get me wrong, but the job was not done altogether properly.

I would recommend but with the disclaimer that it may not be the cleanest install, and probably could get a cheaper install that looks more professional and not “messy”

Did not turn out good on the back patio. Left little plastic bubbles and they didn't clean up the residue that they left from their hands on my screen porch.
