The scheduler was difficult to work with and was not flexible given the weather conditions. Only worked with me after asking to speak with the manager. The crew that came out got into a fight that my wife and neighbors witnessed. I was provided a 3% discount for my inconvenience and embarrassment. I would not recommend.

The whole experience with this company from first mtg Sales person to the start of the project was very professional and all questions were answered. The finish work is over and above what we had imagined. We love it and already have been showing out friends and family. They loved it. Thank you and we'll worth the money and was a reasonable price.

I like the professionalism of the crew that came to do the install. The explained the steps involved in completing the install and let me know what to expect. They left the job nice and clean. No surprises.

I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to enhance and bring some life into their garage. Once the crew is finished, it looks like a new floor. For me I also had my garage walls painted which made it look even better. You will not be disappointed! The guys did a great job.

Excellent job by Jacob and partner. Were finished by ~2:30. We stayed off it as directed. Very satisfied. Only suggestion would be to leave us a small amount of the materials for touch up and missed spots. There were only a few small areas along the joint filler at edges. I just used my own gray paint which is fine but would have appreciated the actual coating used.
Overall very satisfied.

I am very disappointed in the result having already spent nearly $14,000 on this system. The floor is beautiful, the storage system was measured and constructed incorrectly and would not fit into the space. Almost 3 months have passed, and we are still waiting for the completion of the job.

Would definitely recommend renuity floor coatings to anyone looking to get their garage floor done. It is so much nicer and much more durable-looking and feeling than epoxy. We were very happy with the install of our new garage floor, all the way from the sales rep to the installers to the financing. Everything worked out great and we couldn't be happier with the results!

The communication is very poor. I have a hard time to get any response. I already left 3 voicemails in the past two weeks to get an issue solved, which was promised to me to be addressed two weeks ago. I am still waiting for a response.

The installation team was very professional, on time, answered all of my questions, explained the process, and finished in a timely manner.

The coating is still not ok - it's still not to the edges, there is dirt and mulch sealed into the coating and I don't think some sections are dried

Sales told me like epoxy will be leveled but much quality then epoxy. But after finish floor was not level. I told workers is not level they told me your floor concrete was level which that was not true. My floor concrete floor was level. Now I enter with wet car water stuck in the garage floor.

The project was completed on 8 November and I called the installers on the 11th to report that the floor had way too much sticky residue left behind or not curing at the rate discussed. I was told someone would be calling me to discuss the issue to no avail as of this survey. Today is the 14th and I'm not comfortable parking my cars as the floor is still wet and leaving residue on our shoes that track back into my home. I sent the sales rep a list of pics displaying how leaves would stick to the floor when the garage door was left up to try and speed up the drying/curing process.

Instillation crew was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Able to respond to any/all of my questions as the job progressed and readily accommodated some very minor tweeks during the job. Two days later as I “move in” to my new garage & porch I remain happy with the job!

Still waiting for support to schedule followup to rectify problem with the original work.

The garage crew knocked my door sensors off line. I COULD NOT GET MY GARAGE DOOR TO CLOSE. I had pay a garage service crew $100 to repair. Marcus GORDON ASKED ME TO PAY FOR THE WORK DONE AND ADVISED CLOSET AMERICA WOULD PAY FOR REPAIRS caused by the company. ONCE GORDON GOT HIS MONEY, HE REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. Second, one of the closest america employees smelled like. Marijuana.

Installation has now taken over 4 months and they’ve had to come 4 times due to incorrect measurements, bringing in not all the supplies, etc.

The job turned out great - it looks like a different garage, totally transformed!

From the sales person to the installation team the process was professional and completed with quality. The flooring came out looking great.
