I had a 2nd visit for installation to add bottoms & the valet bar I wanted. Sales should have been clear about what I was not getting initially.

I was led to believe that for the price I paid i would have 2 shoe wall shelves and I closet redone. I've never spoke to the designer to get a final drawing of what i paid! So yeah I was shocked to see i only had 1 wall done

i did not expect it to look as perfect and solid as it came to be. many times i have wanted to do this but at first i could not afford it, then i did not trust it to be worth the money, then you send just the right sales person who was very patient - and i was sold. in the meantime i have shown it pretty much to everybody i know (LOL).
