Prompt initial response: HGE telephoned within minutes of my inquiry on Angi.
Pleasant assessment/sales session: Thorough internal & external roof assessment, clear discussion of findings and presentation of value of service offered.
Prompt & responsive scheduling: Roofing work required prior removal of PV panels by solar contractor, who postponed after setting a date for removal. HGE visited earlier than initially scheduled, to tarp over damaged roof ridge vent, then rescheduled roof repair work for one day after the rescheduled PV panel removal.
Roof repair done when and as agreed: Shingles, edges, & flashing look perfect, although we will not truly know for sure until the next intense wind/rainstorm. Clean-up was complete, as we have found no loose nails or bits of scrap anywhere around the work area.
