While very highly pleased with the efforts of William Cornelius and Parker (the Sales Guys), very disappointed with the tardy to no response from the assigned Project Manager, who only visited while the roofing project was actually underway and not complete. Before the installers left (none of whom spoke English), I pointed out a vinyl trim section that faces a high roof gable had been removed but not replaced. I need to get this action addressed by somebody. Questions remain as what to do with the extra roofing material left in the yard, and that the large waste trailer is still setting in my driveway 5 days after the fact. I'm a big boy but being ignored to my seeking answers does not sit well.

They were very nice. When they finished, they cleaned up my yard very well, and it didn't look like anyone had been out there. I was really satisfied.

I thought they were very good, and I love the roof. They were very efficient. They did a beautiful job. They came and checked afterwards to make sure everything was ok. It was the project manager. They were very nice. They did a good job.

I still have some issues with my shingles sliding on my roof. They said it needs to get to the sun. The sun has already hit them, and the wind and water can still get to them around the edge. I have not heard anything else from them.
