The quality of the roof is better than my neighbors who just got a roof. You can see the quality of the product and the installation.
I am very disappointed with how the salesman sold me on the quality and scope of work that would be done and he gained my complete trust. I had signed a contract for my roof, siding and gutters to be completely done. well, the roof was done first. first off, the roofing crew did an amazing job on my roof aside from them completely covering my roof vents on my attached garage and left me without vents. I brought it to the project managers attention, and he said they don't install vents on the garage, which I have never heard before. I told him that is a bit concerning to me and I want my vents back. They installed gable vents which I was happy with. Next come the siding removal and install. I am glad I was outside during demo and asked why they were not removing the burgundy fascia. He said it's not in the contract which was not correct. Why would I do all this work to my home to leave the old crap on? Also, the workers started putting up the house wrap, which I was told that they use some high-quality insulation, by the salesman. I asked why they were putting that on and where is the insulation? The project manager said it wasn't in the contract which again, was incorrect. It's crazy how I had to pull teeth and pay more money so they would replace the burgundy fascia after I told the project manager that I signed a contract for everything that I wasn't getting. I said, "what am I paying for"? And I wanted to see an itemized scope of work and breakdown of what I am paying for. He said they don't provide that. I said that no matter what the customer says, the salesguy is the final say with the lies I signed off on. That is such betrayal after gaining the customer's trust. All the project manager could do is apologize, but he also got the insulation done too. Then lastly the gutter crew shows up a few days before the "completion" of all work and did the install of the gutters wrong with the downspouts basically draining next to my foundation which the project manager said that isn't right and sent them back out to fix. the gutter crew also damaged my new roof in two spots, and another crew had to come fix that issue. Well, it's still dripping water from the tear, and the water isn't going into the gutter. I am having to go run downspouts to drain away from my home and somehow fix the roof myself. Also my water meter was installed upside down and wires attached incorrectly, above my window well that I couldn't even fit a new window well cover over due to that issue. I had to fix that myself too. It's a shame you pay 40K for a dream and be delivered a nightmare from this sales guy. The only guy that seemed to get things done was the project manager. I am NOT a complaining person, and I am understanding as well. But this was the worst project I have ever felt so takin advantage of and I DO NOT recommend this company for any future work to ANYONE. The sales guy and I went through EVERYTHING I wanted replaced and fixed before I signed the contract and he didn't provide any kind of email or paper contract of the scope of work to be done then I got surprises on install day. SAD. He was VERY PUSHY and was determined to get this sale. he stayed at my home for almost 4 hours when I just wanted him gone already. I felt forced to sign and thought he sold me a dream, but all I got was a NIGHTMARE.......... NEVER AGAIN..........
