There was a lot of construction going on in our neighborhood and job sites had huge piles that could be cleared once every week or two, or less. These guys parked their own dumpster onsite and had cleanup as part of their work day each day. This meant a lot in how much we could use the property during the week, since WE CONTINUED LIVING THERE during the 7-week renovation.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Yes, the work is beautiful on the outside, but where they exceeded my expectations was in their engineering. The real goal was to address water incursion as the house was leaking a great deal. They removed the skin of the house, found and repaired or reinforced ALL the deterioration in the structure, replaced the sheathing, and upgraded the water shield, and only then began their meticulous beautifying with Hardie Plank for the world.

Additional Comments - Stucco was created for a desert climate. It dries stiff then cracks in our varieties of temperature, and will always leak in our wet climate. That moisture will slowly rot the hidden structure. We were gradually losing our home. Glad we reclaimed it.

They were friendly and helpful when we needed them to move something or move their vehicle. Eliel sent us photos and explanations at every point along the way. We're very pleased.

The completed job looked great! The crew was always on time and never left before 5 pm.

I used this company for the second time and didn’t obtain other bids because of that. The quality of work they do is great. Their bid was competitive first time. However, this time the project became very expensive. I actually requested another bid from same sales person for the roofing and his bid was much higher than any other bid from reputable roofing companies. After they finished the work at my property I recommend them to my daughter. Their bid came with a lot of unnecessary work and very high. She didn’t higher them.

We then discussed a further project to build a storage structure with an attached porch and install new patterned concrete patio. All the work was completed beautifully and within our budget. I had a nine-inch hole punched through the Hardie Plank on the back of my garage by a careless lawn technician. Vicky worked with me to get this small repair estimated and scheduled. Gilbert came to the house and did a fantastic job removing the two broken planks and replacing them. Then he got matching paint so you cannot tell there had ever been any damage. Overall, an excellent experience.
