Highly Recommend Highland Roofing Group LLC. I had a referral from a friend and after meeting the Jamie & Diana Chavez, I knew they were the right Company for me.I was so confident that I referred them to my neighbor. She came down of when they inspected my house and decided on the spot that she wanted them to inspect her roof as well. Customer service is there first priority. They scheduled and presented a complete review of my roof and felt their was sufficient hail damage to submit to my insurance company. I was informed on what to expect and that they would be here with the inspector from my insurance company. All papers were submitted directly to my insurance company and the rest is history.
My insurance company informed me of therir approval. I selected my shingles and scheduled the date for replacement. Diana was right there with all the paperwork. And the workers were outstanding as well. I could not ask for a nicer crew that were very attendative to protecting my home, gardens and lawn during a rather grueling work environment. The next day they repeated the process when they again showed the same respect and completed the roof of my neighbor.
