I will warn my friends that you will get high quality work for a fair price from highpoint, while also having to deal with a non functional front office. I have explained my experience below.

Ron was great. He showed up when he said he would, provided a fair quote, didn't try to upsell, came out again when we had questions about the process, and made things right after the job was complete. The workmanship and lack of oversight during our project is what prompted the rating.

Everyone was polite and they cleaned up after the project had been completed.

Exceptional workmanship and service. Everything happened exactly how it was explained and the guys actually finished earlier then projected. Three hard working gentlemen finished 18 windows in one day. Amazing! I have already talked to my neighbors which are ready to call!
