Low pressure, high quality sales and scope review. Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. Alex and the roofing team were efficient and knowledgeable. Aside from a few patio plant casualties, the team did their best to avoid any other damages during the tear-off. They were team of 7, and had the reroof completed in two days. Good install, straight lines, diligent prep work and finish. It’s certainly as good a quality job done as anyone can expect.

Heritage Roofing of North Florida was very professional and did the job very well. This job was done in a timely manner and completed in only 1 day. The job site was kept up very well with someone cleaning up all day during the process of tearing off the roof and replacing the singles. The job was done by the estimate and not overcharged after the job was completed.
I recommend this team, and the warranty was registered for the singles after the job was completed by the office manager.

I'm rating this in the middle because I'm still waiting on the corner that I addressed with you that was very bumped up with globs of tar under it. A guy said that they fixed it but it should be as neat and clean as the corner that is opposite of it on the other side of the roof.

This is a very timely request for feedback as I was prepared to reach out with multiple concerns. There are still nails all over my yard. There is noticeable damage to my soffet (sp?) and I have significant concerns about how many nail holes are in my roof when accessing the attic space above my garage. I would like someone to contact me about these concerns ASAP.

The experience was always positive from the first phone call, getting quote, assisting in picking out color of roof, installation and follow up. very professional team and always on time.

It rained and they used too small of a tarp to cover my roof, allowing for water infiltration into the attic and home. The tarp was also defective in that it had large tears and holes in it. The insulation had to be replaced, drywall had to be opened up in order to air out and dry, and a couple of exterior lights were damaged by the roofers. We are praying that mold does not become an issue within the walls. The list goes on but I think you get the point. The also broke one of the lines for the house alarm.

The representative I spoke with initially was pleasant, not pushy and not insistent that my insurance would pay for the roof replacement like most others, I had already verified that insurance was not going to pay for it as my roof was already past it's life expectancy (21 years old)

Definitely their fairness in pricing in comparison to others roofers also they provide remodeling of your home. The quality of work was great all my neighbors liked my new roof also the gutters. Thanks again heritage roofing and remodeling.

A couple days after my new roof was installed I noticed a small problem with the installation. I took a picture and sent it to the project manager. Within minutes he called me and assured me it would be taken care of. Within one hour two of his roofers was at my house and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. Thank you Heritage Roofing.

Professionalism and Honesty

They did a good job. Communication with the crew was an issue.

Though the responsibility is shared between the construction/remodel crew and the roofing crew, materials from both the removal and the installation of roof & siding were distributed all across the property (driveway, back yard, side yard, front yard) including nails (30-40), shingles, shims, paper, food containers, paint, etc. There is still an extension ladder remaining on site belonging to one of the crews.

Worked with us on a modification of the original roof design to correct a problem over the bay windows, looks great!

Work was done well but no project manager here for most of the day. When workers left for the day I didn’t even know the roof was completed. Thought they were coming back I morning to finish. Caleb was at my site for about an hour and a half. I’m sure that was after I called because no one was here for most of the day. I didn’t appreciate being left In the dark for most of day. The workers do t speak English so I could not as them anything. Caleb was helpful for the time he was here.

Crew was very sloppy in the care shown for flower beds and bushes.

The workers were neat and really hard workers, the clean up was terrific!!
