We used their handyman service to install grab bars and a bathroom fan and the job was all done week and a half after we scheduled it. Communation all the way was great, as was the process from estimate to completion. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the job.

More transparency with pricing and timeline

All of the pre-work items such as site visit, proposals, etc. were excellent. The work, itself, was also excellent as was our interactions with the workers during the job. The communication during pre-work and on-site scheduling left quite a bit to be desired as we never once heard from the scheduling staff and had to phone repeatedly to get scheduling answers. That is reflected in my responses to "Communication" and "Professional & Organized" below.

Work Done Right - We did have one problem along the way. Pieces were installed that had not been noted to be cut down in size. It was obvious by the end of the day that it was not right and couldn't stay the way it was. The team may have had to face this issue, but I still gave them 4 stars because they made it right! Even though it meant ripping some things out and reordering pieces, they got it on right away. We had to make a couple adjustments and concessions, but they made it work and made it to my satisfaction.

Value - Harth is not cheap. Because they hire a team of only the best, you pay for the best. And since a project is a project, you are always going to run into problems and delays. And sometimes you have to monitor the work yourself. So paying that premium price sometimes feels like it was overpriced. What you are paying for is peace of mind and knowing that it will be right and it will stay right for many years to come.

Their contractors who came in and did the work actually sold us on doing the now, bigger project, that will be done over the summer.
