I was sold a product with life time support/repair and when I called for repair work, I was told there will be a charge for "booking" the service. Buyer be ware, there is no freebies!
The product itself is good, however, we discovered several large (and costly) issues from the install.
When we first had this installed it was fine.
We had to have it removed (at a charge) for a roofing project which did not happen as the roofer went out of business, so we had the gutter guard reinstalled (at a charge). The installer left a mess and we found lots of nails which were left by the installers.
When the roof installation was booked we had to have the gutter guard removed again then reinstalled after the roof was installed. Since then the NE corner drips whenever it rains so we asked for someone to come and take care of it. We were told that there would be a $60 charge for them to take a look. We declined (we had been, in our opinion) good customers and were extremely disappointed that there would be a charge just to look when in fact it must not have been reinstalled properly the last time or it would not be dripping.
It still drips!
Very responsive to service request and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Great customer service.
water in some spots still runs over gutter
This product can cause a defect in the roof line, allowing bats to enter your attic. This is something that was not disclosed by the company.

My neighbor who recommended me was promised $200. Never received. I called once and wrote once.
I would hesitate to recommend GH because of overpricing.
Quality product so far. Has only been installed for a few weeks. Product is pricy and needs to come down so others could afford
