Mad City Windows & Bath changed over our bathtub to a 30"×59" stand-up shower WITHOUT GLASS DOORS that were also supposed to be installed for $21,000! $21,000!! That's Massively Outrageous!
My husband and I replaced every single piece of building material, toilet, sink, vanity in a much larger bathroom (literally double the size) including rebuilding an entire floor all the way to the wall studs and took out a cast iron tub and installed a stand-up shower and installed handicap grab bars and wheel chair accessibility into the shower that needed to be handicappe assemble for under $5,000..... A Massive difference.... For ONLY a stand-up shower install WITHOUT GLASS DOORS at $21,000 is mind blowing. Extremely disappointed for what we now have from Mad City Windows & Bath for our $21,000 spent.

I would highly recommend this company to our friends and family. We will let our friends and family know what a great job and product that Mad City does.

Good customer communication

They were very good at what they were doing.

From initial contact through completion I remained confident I had chosen the right team. Quality, professionalism, customer service were all top notch.

First shower attempt failed as there was no water pressure. Had to replace a new shower head right away do to the head being clogged because lines were never cleared after new plumbing installation.

Sales person didn't have all the right info about product nor samples of glass doors. Didn't know how they replaced the plumbing. Forgot to include the shower seat in the offer. To get a better price had to sign up right away, pressured. He was here for 6 hours.We felt it somewhat pricey also.

It was good just the price is not good.

Came several times prior to install always confirming a round curtain rod and at install all of a sudden, no we don't know anything about that. Really

The installers were very professional good use of time our windows look spectacular. We are very happy.

By not getting things right the first time, having to wait another 4 weeks to get counter tops right and smaller details finished. And still finding edges not smooth around dishwasher.

When and if someone asks us we definitely will let them know that Mad City we. recommend.

Be truthful on your dates for installs. Don't double cash a check. Thank goodness my bank didn't charge me.

The team was good to work with, but they quickly realized that they needed a lift to gain access to the windows as they were too high up and too tall to deal with on a ladder. The lift arrived several hours later, and worked well for them, but the ground was soft and therefore the lift left a lot of deep cuts into the front lawn. So much that I will need to get some topsoil to fill in the indentations.

Did great overall, but we noticed a crack after installation after they left.

Simon and Todd are professionals that explain everything in question. They will go the extra mile to do the job correctly. They were courteous and focused.

Mad City was more expensive than the other quotes I received so I would be careful about recommending unless I knew the friend/family member's budget.

Our disappointment was in how long it took us to get stuff resolved and the original person that was sent to evaluate our issues with the install. We were told "this is your problem and you got it" to an installer issue.

Makes taking a shower a pleasant and safer experience, especially when getting older. Seating and handrails are secure. Good quality walls and flooring. Ease of cleaning.

This is the second project Mad City has done for us and we were very pleased from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and respectful of our property.

You're way to pushy on trying to get repeat sales.

They were professional and did a very nice job. I just wish they did come at 7am on Wednesday instead of after 7am. The last two days when they did show up they were sitting in there trucks before they in.

Collin was very helpful to help me figure out finances without being nosey or rude. The installer was knowledgeable. I relied on him for his opinion on heights to install items. I like that Mad City stayed in communication with me with emails and so on. AND - I definitely like the many choices in walls!!!

I kept the window closed like you told me to . It is still closed and I am willing to feel some wind blowing on the left flat side. My energy bill was more than the bill with the previous window.

Adam went above and beyond to communicate and did the job in an above average speed! We weren't expecting our bath/shower to be done in one day due to the amount of work that needed to be done, but he did! We are grateful for Adam's hard work!

Sales rep was friendly but did not tell us the truth about many things

After showing interest in the shower, we were contacted quickly for a design and estimate. The salesman was on time and quite thorough. The job site layout person was good with knowledge of codes and placement. Install was clean and professional. The lower rating is given because of the standard sales technique, here is the price, but if you sign on now, you save $$$$. I see it as a set the hook before you go. Good work and quality in the shower installation.

The installer Jodi was very kind and friendly. He answered a bunch of questions and was able to explain to my wife and I all the details about our bath. Jodi was always on time and very professional.
