We had our bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Also a beautiful vanity was installed. The crew was fantastic and were very professional as they explained everything that was happening. They answered all our questions succinctly. They cleaned the work area everyday.
While the project was underway we asked if they could take a look at a problem we had were having with the step from the house to the deck. The problem was repaired including several boards on the house siding that were damaged by water.

Overall great experience. Employees and subcontractors were terrific and we love the finished product, despite the high ticket price for the scope of work. There was also an issue with lack of insulation on an outside bathroom wall that led to pipes freezing after project completion. This likely should’ve been realized/prevented during construction. Although the issue was addressed promptly once it happened, this oversight and subsequent damage ultimately did require quite a bit of remediation/construction in other rooms of the house (which was super inconvenient) and had a lengthier than anticipated wait for backordered parts to make the bathroom fully functional again. G.M. Roth did make it right in the end and for that we are grateful. Despite this snafu, we might be willing to recommend based on our overall experience but in hindsight, the high ticket price for the project would be also be a factor we would consider in doing so.

The design phase was especially comprehensive and leading to an end product that surpassed my initial expectations.

They were very creative and out-of-the-box thinkers. They put a lot of effort and thought into finding the right things for the job.

The team was organized, cleaned up, told me ahead of time what the daily plan would be for the various skills needed. I liked the computer app that gave a daily review of the day's work. My project was a bathroom remodel and, since I only have one bathroom, it was reinstalled each day.

They took care of everything from start to finish and provided a high-quality outcome.

I found the introductory process too long, particularly the video presentation.

On-site people were great. Transparency. We were informed about issues, timing, deliveries throughout the process.

We are fully satisfied with the finished product, and greatly appreciated the professionalism and consciousness of the management and staff. That being said, there were quite a few mistakes made along the way that had to be corrected. They were all fully addressed to our satisfaction with no pushback from Roth. However, they extended the project by several months, and I am sure that these made the project less profitable for Roth.

GM Roth completed our third project in ten years this summer, so we are very confident in recommending them. They have redone three bathrooms, one kitchen, and in our latest project, an assortment of things that improved our new home. They are meticulous in their planning and their people are nice, trustworthy, and competent. We had to wait a few months for the job to start, but once they got going, they made regular progress. If there was a hangup, they explained what was causing it. We have to drive further than is convenient to meet with them, so that should prove we're willing to go the extra mile to work with them!

We recently had a small addition built on our home by G.M. Roth, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial design consultation with Anne through the whole construction process with Mike, the company was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. The quality of the work is top-notch and the team took great care to ensure that every detail was taken care of, even coming back a couple of months later to complete the outdoor steps that were waiting for our patio construction to finish. There were a few minor delays in the process but not out of the realm of what we had anticipated. Overall we are very happy with our new room and would look to G.M. Roth for future projects.

If you are wanting to be part of the process or not, you will get daily updates on the status of your project. Our project manager, Brad, was awesome. He was always communicating with us and letting us know who and when people would be at the house. The construction area was always very clean, and end of day completely swept and cleared of any debris. Any concerns we had, were addressed quickly. We were extremely pleased with our final project!

having the designer lie to me on a number of occasions means I will never recommend this company to anyone.

They would be great for high end clients, this forced survey, emailing, calling, until I did it really killed the relationship. I was going to get to it but they kept pestering. They are a fantastic company. Accommodate for the needs of the clients. Some communication could have been more clear, small stuff mostly. Biggest issue is the shower system they sold, ended up not being able to be fully enclosed and this seemed to be an oversight of the design/sales team.

They were very good with communication. We always knew what was happening each day and what time they would arrive. Overall, it was beautiful, superior work!

In total, GM Roth remodeled two bathrooms and our kitchen. Mike Lazzar was the lead on all the projects. He is a consummate professional and a very talented carpenter. As one of the lead faces of your company, you are well served
