The salesman came only to make the sale and threw it over the fence to the project manager.
The project manager only came once early on and never came back to look at the progress or quality of the work. I’m very disappointed with that.
My walls were damaged during the window installation, and it was very clear that this damage occurred. They should have inspected the work fixed it before leaving the job. I have photos of the damage.
Why did the workmen have to throw the old windows into the dumpster and break them. I’m still cleaning up glass on my driveway!
On a positive side, the workmen that came out were very pleasant and hard-working. I really blame the supervision or lack there of.

The specific reasons for the 5 star "Likely to Recommend" rating will be covered in the subsequent questions, but to set the context here, the project included: 1) an Edco Enhanced Metal Slate roof, 2) installation of cedar siding (customer request) on the rear dormer of the house, with new flashing and water barrier, 3) replacement of fascia and rakes, and 4) all new gutters and downspouts .

We had a mechanically seamed standing seam roof and Hardie siding installed. Overall, we are very satisfied. The roof looks amazing and the detailed work gets compliments. We no longer have to worry about any more roof leaks for decades to come.
