From the very beginning, Gabriel with Garcia Roofing was responsive to my concerns and needs. I appreciated the videos and photos he took to share with me of what the issues were before the job started so I could see what needed to be addressed. That level of transparency was unexpected and beneficial to my understanding of where the job was headed. I also appreciated the open channels of communication addressing my questions about the job itself or the two things I noticed during the final inspection. Both issues were address efficiently and effectively.

See below, I expected the quality that John Folse talked about on the television commercial. Would other companies provide better? I have no clue, I hope to find them next time I need roofing services.

Based on some of the questions that follow it would be repetitive to answer this question.

The communication was not good. I asked that I get a text or call letting me know an approximate time to expect workers, but that did not happen. Workers showed up the first day at 6:30 am without a project manager. I didn’t know who to contact. Eventually that day, a different project manager showed up and took over. He did apologize that there was not a project manager earlier in the day.
At another time, workers came to do finishing up type work. They must not have checked for nails. We came home to nails all over the yard and driveway. There was also pieces of metal (flashing) that had not been picked up.

After completion, there was a total lack of follow up to get documentation for roof completion and warranties. Had to call text several times to get something done.

Everything they said they would do they did. They were very professional and left my place cleaner at the end than when they started. They're a very good company.

Everyone was on time from initial estimate to job completion. I felt we received a comprehensive estimate with little to no surprises during the roof installation which was a major factor in choosing Garcia. The field coordinator communicated well any discovery work and insured required materials were there on hand to keep the job progressing on schedule. The crew was very conscience about site prep and cleanup, leaving no debris or nails. Numerous individuals scoured for nails with magnets from the installation crew, field coordinator to the individual that removed the dumpster. Overall the job was professionally done with a very good appearance upon completion for the shingle type and color we chose.

Our contractor was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, especially when it came to dealing with the insurance company. He was always there to answer any question we had. He actually seemed like he cared and wanted to help us in any way he could.

I would highly recommend Garcia Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

Garcia was really great to work with from start to finish. The initial contact with the sales person was very relaxed an low-pressure. Instead of pressuring us into a really expensive roof, I feel like we were steered to a roof that was just what we wanted, but at a price that made sense. Also, Garcia knows how to install fortified roofs, and has a lot of experience with these and that is a big reason we went with them. When it came time to replace our roof, Garcia's crew was prompt and professional and left our house & grounds cleaner than how they found them! I would 100% go with Garcia again and recommend them to anyone.

They are currently working on our neighbor's roof and we are NOT happy. First they dragged a tarp full of material off the roof through OUR yard to get to the street instead of through the neighbors yard. We saw it happen and there is evidence in our grass that something heavy was dragged there. They left roofing nails in the path. Then when I tried to leave my house, I found that they had parked one of their trucks in MY driveway and I was blocked in. The worked wh finally came to move it was rude and told us we did not have to get all upset (can't remember exact wording) but he was trying to make it look like we were at fault for being upset . We have a call in to their office to complain.

Overall, they did a good job, and there were no major issues other than the water leak. The water leakage issue is the same as it was before they started. I have come to the conclusion that they weren't able to diagnose the problem or they didn't fix the right problem. However, I was impressed with the original guy that I signed the contract with, but shortly after, issues arose. They did a good job as far as the roofing work is concerned, but I feel the materials are similar to any other contractors. I could have gotten the same materials from another contractor for a cheaper price and a smoother process. Overall, I am satisfied with the roof, and we chose them because they were a reputable company.

GARICA Roofing did standby their reputation about workmanship and quality. They came out inspected my Roof and knew what needed to be done. I would use them again if necessary.

They worked so fast! I was amazed at how quickly they worked together without any sacrifice to the quality of my new roof. Highly recommended!

It is the most professional organization I have ever dealt with for this scope of work. It is difficult to find people who are as dedicated to their work as they are. I would not hesitate to recommend them. It is just a shame that more businesses lack this level of professionalism. I don't have any relatives working for them, and this is totally off the cuff.

I like the fact the workers and the owner came out to inspect the quality of the work and to be sure everything was done properly. Very nice if I addressed something they fixed, immediately, I value their work and I think they did an awesome job.

Garcia charges a premium price and for that I expected a premium installation. Because it wasn't done properly the first time it is difficult for me to recommend them to a friend.
