It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
There was not a lot of communication.
You advertise that you'll pay for the solar system but you don't!!! Paying $500 isn't even close to paying for the system.
They are very thorough and courteous.
Everyone did their job well.
I do not like surveys but I can give you feedback. The crew was very nice and looks like they did a very good job. They did have to come back to finish because they didn't have a couple of parts. They also forgot to put the safety stickers on so the system did not pass inspection. After 11 days waiting I had to contact Freedom to see what the hold up was. They gave me a bull crap story which I new was not true. Then someone came to put the stickers on. Communication was not the best, nor was followup. Everything was done by electronics. I have asked for hard copies of the contract and the loan but did not get. I should not have to be the one initiating contact. My system is up and running. The person that did the meter switch was great, she explained the system to me. I was suppose to get a little money at the end, but they changed the design and I didn't get anything because of that. That was not communicated to me, I found that out by my son who is in the solar business and new the sales rep. All that said, I am not that satisfied with the process. I am not sure yet if I am satisfied with the system.
The sales process was great. The installation was great. I had problems with their monitoring service and slow responses from customer service when help was needed.
Showed up late. Said should take one to two days system still not working properly.
My money wasn't sent to me, and I have been given the run around on where it is.
