Based on my experience with Flood Tech 3 - I would recommend FT3 for their emergency services, and clean up, They were prompt, professional, and courteous.But not for their restoration services, unprofessional, condescending and unresponsive.

I thought Madison was great as a project manager, but we could not communicate with the people in the house due to a language barrier, and it was very challenging and made the process less efficient.
