Terrible communication

This is our families.third project done by Feldco and every time so far we have been very satisfied with the work done. Leaving us with a feel good feeling that the job was done right, that looks professionally done. The whole team was very friendly to work with and courteous

They were on time and timely; it took a couple of weeks to get scheduled in. Overall it was successful. I enjoyed it. They cleaned up and the crew was very respectful; they were just good.

I was impressed by the 40% discount, free labor and 18months interest free, but in the end those three factors did not benefit me, I have since seen prices cheaper to replace a roof without those three factors.

Feldco did an amazing job from the roof replacement to Michael Olin in the
Insurance Division helping me with every step and dealing with state farm to get the old roof cover under wind/storm damage.

I have been waiting 8-10 weeks for them to finish my siding.

Feldco Factory Direct is too expensive.

I don't feel like we were given all of the information that we needed when spoke with the salesperon. Our reasoning for having the roof replaced was that our insurance company indicated that the roof was bowed and wavy. After Feldco Factory Direct replaced the roof, it is still bowed. It's no longer wavy, but it is still bowed. When we brought it to their attention, I had spoken to someone in their office, and he advised me that teh only things they did was replace shingles. My understanding was that they were replacing the roof, and when the job was complete, it'd be a flush roof. I'm still in discussion with them about that, and that is something I am not happy about.

Very Friendly and they really care

Pictures were not provided of the completed work. As a result, I've been notified by my insurance company that my insurance is pending cancellation. I've reached out to Feldco and the sales representative several times and the issue has yet to be resolved.

It is VERY expensive and out of the price range of most everyone I know.

I had 9 roofing nails, I found in the driveway and 3 other longer nails. Communication between Feldco and myself was terrible. Personnel was very friendly.
