Sheathing issues. Was forced into buying 19 additional sheets of sheathing. By doing that you were no longer the lowest bid. Was forced to buy 19 extra expensive sheets at $85 per sheet because you said that I had too. You never sent any pictures of why or never explained why you had to do that. I think you scammed me into buying extra. There’s not even proof that you put them on my roof. Never saw a video of your guys doing it.

Process from roof evaluation to completion was professional, well documented, explained, and project communication was excellent.

Prompt - was able to work in our roof project in a relatively short time which was important due to upcoming winter weather. Very professional in all aspects from initial onsite assessment through completing project. Strong and proactive communication all throughout project. Quality of materials and workmanship seemed to be there.

The whole team was great. Very respectful, kind & with courtesy. Great to talk with and work with, they listen to your needs. They went above and beyond with there work for us we couldn't be happier. They clean up after the jobs done which is a plus.Any issues that was to be done was fixed in the end on anything that we were not satisfied.They went above and beyond to making things right to our satisfaction.We are very appreciative of that and can't thank the whole team enough.Especially Stevon he made sure we were satisfied from start to finish, thank you very much Stevon, you are the best the way it should be in life with every person going above and beyond for each other especially after paying over $55,000.00 dollars for our project. I absolutely would, if my concerns were addressed, but as of right now, it doesn't seem like they will be. So, I think people should read the full review and make their own decision at this point. You're not all bad, nor all good. I will say I do see Equity Roofing has the potential to be excellent across the board.

Had way to many issues and still after having them come back several times I still have damaged leaf filter on my gutter

The communication from Equity was wonderful. Everyone I spoke to, both before and during the work, was friendly and helpful.

The initial inspection was thorough--much more extensive than either of the other two companies. The presentation of the materials, schedule, and warranty was great.

Every single person, every interaction and all aspects of the work performed were top-notch. I happen to be friends with someone who is perhaps the most knowledgeable person regarding roofing in at least this part of the state, and Equity Roofing lives up to his very high standards. According to him, most roofing work (done by other companies) contain considerable mistakes due to lack of knowledge, and even I can easily identify these mistakes from the ground. Equity Roofing installed the roof the way that he would have, and that is extremely high praise. In my opinion, it would be a considerable gamble to use anyone else.

I would recommend them because their communication was excellent. Their execution with craftsmanship was really good, and the process was smooth. The on-site supervisor, Jesse Boehm, was outstanding and made sure everything was done completely, and he was constantly here monitoring everything that happened. Overall it was a great experience.

It took about 6 hours to put the newroof on. The crew was well organized and worked along at a good rate. The cleanup was good. We had expected rain that day but the crew moved the work along at a good pace. All went well and it didn' rain until later that afternoon. I recommend Equity to a friend.

The communication through out the entire process was wonderful. They have a software where they upload all the information to reference through out the process including photos of everything you can't see from the ground which I found super helpful and reassuring. We have an old house so there was a lot of unique details and they went above and beyond to help us investigate and work through it. In the end we were really satisfied with the work and have and will continue to recommend them to others.
