The experience was almost perfect, hence the five stars. After initial negotiating pains the process was fast and smooth. We got three different quotes and Equinox Roofing had a superior offer. Notably, another company gave us satellite estimate of 3500 sq. feet and Equinox's was 2900. The price they quoted us was also best. All project was done in three working days, leaving us impressed - these guys came and attacked our old, leaky roof. Will definitely recommend them.

Very clean work: They used plastic sheets to cover the ground around the entire house when they demolished the old roof on the first day. They cleaned the ground and the garage every day. They even used magnets to pick up all the nails from the ground.

They also touched up all the spots that needed paint. Eli even asked a crew member to come back on the last day to scrub off the old paint and repaint a long beam. Special thanks to Eli for the extra care and attention to detail.

Equinox were so easy to work with. Issak came out, evaluated the roof and laid out a plan to replace it. He explained everything in detail and was responsive to any questions we had. He gave us the probable dates, which were tricky because of intermittent rain. Everything was done on time and efficiently. Crew were respectful, tidy and efficient. Issak checked in on progress and work was completed quickly.

Our experience with Equinox was amazing. Eli and the PM team from start to finish was attentive and invested. The amount of time they took inspecting our roof, assessing potential issues, and providing easy to follow solutions was why they won over 2 other contractors we interviewed.
