They are the best, professional, great value and the best follow up service I have ever experienced

They were very responsive, and the follow-up was good. The overall service is good; they did a nice job efficiently and quickly.

Energy Solutions provided high value and quality service. They were very easy to work with.

Very professional company in regard to all aspects highly trained technicians know what they’re doing very responsive to our needs. Project was on time and at cost worked out extremely well. Would recommend them to any and all people interested in battery storage and solar array. We used them back in 2017 for a separate solar array and the work was outstanding and the product is still in top condition. Way to go Grant. Thanks

They work on time andd finish on time. The quality of their work is remarkable.

They provided a fair, detailed, and honest quote. They clearly and honestly identified solar potential and rebate qualifications and any conditions that could cause delays or additional cost. They worked well with navigating delays from the utility side and keeping the project moving forward. Workmanship seems to be solid, and they've worked quickly to answer and resolve any questions that have come up. Overall, they were exactly who I was looking for in a solar and electrical contractor.

I received immediate responses to all of my telephone and email inquiries. All of my questions were answered in detail. Timelines were met. I couldn’t ask for more!

Energy solutions was very professional and communicated well, they were always prompt for scheduled meetings and installation. The only issue was that shortly before the installation date they informed me that they couldn’t get the panels that were originally quoted and needed to switch to a different/more expensive panel.
They honored the original price, but the total output was a little less and the panels were a poorer fit for my roof. In their defense there was a shortage of panels due to the rush that resulted from the tax credit deadline. It would have been nice to have had a bit more notice so that more options could have been explored without losing my scheduled installation date.

I think things went pretty smoothly with the installation, with the exception of a pretty significant wiring mistake that fried some of our household appliances and lights. So that was a major inconvenience. Energy Solutions was very good about making good on the damages they caused, and in the end I'm quite happy with the installation.

Energy Solutions is a professional company that communicates well and works to serve us in a timely manner. They did an amazing job.

Energy Solutions were very responsive to any and all questions we had with regards to the design and installation of our solar system

The people I worked with from Energy Solutions were knowledgeable, responsive and professional. It was a pleasure working with them.

Professional, experienced staff and crew.

Clear communications and high quality work. Nice job !

They were timely, efficient, and cost-effective.

Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.

Overall I'm very happy, but another reputable company offered a lower price. We preferred you, and you were able to get close enough for us to make that choice, but not everyone will have enough of a preference to justify that decision.

Energy Solutions did a good job installing my Ford EV charger, so we asked for a bid for a solar and storage solution. I liked that they are an established local firm, their people seemed knowledgeable and efficient and the bid seemed reasonable. The work took two days and the system was professionally installed. It is working well and is easy to monitor and adjust via the Enphase app. I have already recommended them to three friends and neighbors.

I used them twice. They are very professional and hard workers.

After a slight hiccup with schedules early on, Grant and his crew kept me informed of progress and next steps.
The work was completed in a timely manner and was of very good quality.

Absolutely first-rate job! Easy to work with. Did an excellent job and made sure everything was working perfectly. Went above and beyond during the installation process!

Good communication. Would have liked faster installation but I realize they were busy with other customers.

Not into recommending, but I have had a couple people ask already

They were very professional and knowledgeable and finished the work on schedule.

High Quality work by skilled craftsmen. Above expectations in every way.

Energy Solutions provided good service. Their communication was excellent, and their prices were extremely competitive. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend Energy Solutions for any residential solar project.

Very nice company to do business with. They are not pushy like other solar companies have been. Their work is clean and neat.

Enjoyable experience from start to finish. I'm happy with the installation.

Fantastic! Happy with the whole process and the result! Highly Recommend

Top quality products, friendly and professional service, very competitive pricing.

Excellent company. Thorough, communicates well and responds quickly to questions.

They did what they said they were going to do and did it in a professional manner.

They were thorough, efficient and kept us informed on their progress, techniques and results.

I got bids from 5–6 different companies. Energy Solutions was head and shoulders above the rest, both in thoroughness and price.

I got bids from three companies and chose Energy Solutions for their competitive pricing, small dedicated team, and reputation for high quality workmanship. Their initial proposal was thousands of dollars less than those from the other two companies for basically the same size system and components. Their communication was direct and honest and they kept to their word and schedule. All in all very professional and to the point - I never felt like I was dealing with pushy salespeople but dedicated solar designers/engineers. Their installation was efficient and beautifully designed.

From the beginning of the process of evaluating potential providers, Energy Solutions was the most responsive and the most informative. A representative came out right away to evaluate the property to prepare an estimate and took the time to give me an education about residential solar generation ad financing. I used the estimate and education to decide on a design and to compare estimates.

I was very pleased with all phases of the process with Energy Solutions. There was no hard sell. They made sure that the information was presented in a clear manner and that all questions were answered appropriately. Through the bid process via EnergySage, their bid for the project was very competitive and the payment process was divided into three stages (25-50-25) ensuring that they were not a hit-and-run outfit. The equipment used was very good quality with strong warranties. The installation crew was very knowledgeable and professional, explaining the installation process as well as the post installation operation. Energy Solutions earned my recommendation from start to finish.

The entire team was engaged with what we were trying to accomplish with our setup. They listened, helped educate us, iterate on designs, and got us to a system we are incredibly pleased with. They take pride in their work, and did a fantastic job installing the system.

Energy Solutions was easy to work with, communicative and got the work done within a pretty quick window. I liked the ability to choose the panels that were installed as well as have some input on where they were located. They answered my technical questions up front and were clear on the timeline. Because they don't deal with financing directly through them, their costs are lower and you can choose to pay up front or finance through a bank.

Extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable and they don't believe in "hard sell" practices. Very helpful while completing the requirements for the different incentives.

We are very happy with the total Energy Solutions experience. The product is working well. The employees wewre always professional and rescectfull of our time and concerns. The contract was well balanced and fair to all sides of the transaction. They were responsive and showed up when they said that they would.

Before I retired, I was the one that was always paired up with the new younger hires. I was not the best to teach them the finer technology. I was paired up with them to teach and demonstrate overall ethics, work ethics, respect for the work we did, our company, our clients and the homeowners we dealt with. The Energy Solutions work team was a person short as tthat worker had a wedding to attend. The supervisor replaced them by getting on the roof himself. I was building a side yard fence that day so I could overhear the workers cross-talk all day. I over heard the supervisor talking to one of the workers and explaining that: "Even if it takes longer and might be harder to do, we don't take shortcuts.
We always do things the right way. When we finish a job we always want to walk away having done a good job". It sounded a lot like the dicussions that I used to have with newer workers.

I am likely to recommend Energy Solutions to a friend because they were extremely competent and had excellent service and pricing with high quality equipment. I'm very satisfied.

I was initially very pleased with the sales process and how quickly Energy Solutions was able to install my solar electric system. I had started recommending the company to people I knew. However, a couple of issues have come up since the installation. The first issue turned out to be unrelated to their work, and I felt badly that someone had come out to diagnose the problem, only to determine that it was not a function of their electrical work. The second issue (knocking noises that I can hear many times during the day and night) is still unresolved. I believe the noise is coming from the solar electric system, but I cannot verify as I am unable to get up on the roof to determine whether the solar electric system parts are causing the knocking sound. The owner seems very annoyed, as if I am a nuisance to him, which makes me very uncomfortable having to deal with him. I have been corresponding with him via email, and my general experience is that it takes him several days to respond or I have to message him multiple times to get a response, that he schedules visits sometimes with little notice, and that he was very irritated when I wanted to reschedule. The owner did send two different people at two different times to investigate, but I have not heard from him since the second person's visit, nor did he respond to my recent email message. So, on the whole, while my system is working and the installation seemed to go smoothly, the follow-up service and interaction with the owner has been less than stellar.

Never have had a contractor do any work for us in the past. Felt uninformed often and things I thought would be normal practice (telling me they were here and done for the day since work site was away from dwelling…), weren’t. But that is probably just because of my inexperience. I was not ‘wowed’ by any part of this process. Felt more informed by the power company and their side of the process. At various stages I asked questions/concerns and was redirected to a different person. Confusing to navigate who to talk to at what phase or with what question. Already had determined to do solar before asking for an estimate. I didn’t need a sales pitch in the estimate. Just needed the facts/numbers and I could go from there to determine if it was a good choice for us long term.

Energy Solutions installed a rooftop 18 panel array for us in late January. As Spring 2023 begins, our net electric bill has decreased from about $100 to $15, despite lots of cloudy weather, and we anticipate being a net producer next month.
We are very satisfied with Energy Solutions from initial quote through installation. They accurately described all the steps through project completion including project approvals, which they helped coordinated. Also they were easy to communicate with.

We also met with several other companies and received other quotes, however we selected Energy Solutions based on price and their proposed system features. For instance one of Energy Solutions proposed systems was sized at 133% of our previous annual usage, which we liked. Some other companies raised approval uncertainty for a system sized at more that 100% of our previous annual usage, which proved inaccurate. (I directly contacted our local utility and found there was no such system size limitation, which raised a credibility concern about those companies.)

Energy Solutions also works with Energysage, a larger company that facilitates contact with local, qualified installers and helps provide a consistent format between multiple company's project cost and features. Energy Solutions was among their highest rated companies.

If my Mom needed a solar install, I'd call these guys. They used same products quoted by other contractors and were cheaper. This is getting to be a commodity business, I heavily relied on the positive comments of neighbors who used Energy Solutions in the past.

The willingness of Energy Solutions to do more on-site inspections before we committed to a contract made the difference. We appreciated that Energy Solutions provided us early on with an overview of the schedule and how the process would work.

From start to finish, Energy Solutions was very helpful in answering my questions and providing insight throughout the bid, installation, and setup process. It took a couple weeks to get everything calibrated after the installation and the power company put in a new meter, but Energy Solutions came out to ensure everything was working as intended, and it has been flawless for the last 3 months since!

Only contractor that scheduled in-home estimate. Evrery one else wanted a bunch of questions answered (by either email or website) before they would talk to you.
