However, Tim and his teams effortlessly turned what I dreaded into a smooth and rapid transition, seamlessly swapping out the old siding for the new James Hardie ColorPlus® Technology. Their work was truly exceptional from beginning to end.

Initially, Tim steered us toward ColorPlus® Technology, which is James Hardie’s pre-painted plank siding. This remarkable finish boasts a 15-year limited warranty covering both paint and labor, guarding against peeling, cracking, and chipping. I was unaware of this option before, but the prospect of no painting for 15 years was immensely appealing.

Tim's teams worked with impressive speed, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail, maintaining an impeccably clean job site throughout the entire process. We cannot speak highly enough of Tim and Empire Roofing and Remodeling. Their service exceeded our expectations!

Empire did great work for us. They helped with permitting and insurance issues and were always quick to respond when we had a question. I recommend them without any hesitation.

For certain jobs, like siding, Empire is fantastic. More specialized work such as door installation, there is room for slight improvement with the overall quality of the installation. Our door arrived mangled from the manufacturer around the frame and we had to make do with what we had. A door hardware install specialist was called upon to fine tune the rest of the door install and make the door presentable.
