Wouldn't change a thing. Mark Barber gave us a step by step procedure on what would be occuring during the process. Everything was wonderful. Mark, the entire staff, and the workers at my home were professional and cleaned everything behind themselves.

The follow-up is lousy. They don't follow up in a timely manner. For this amount of money, they should at least follow through, but they do not.

We were apprehensive about getting a new roof. It’s a big expense and if not done correctly a nightmare in the making.

We live in a development where all the houses were built around the same time and, of course, they all needed a new roof at approximately the same time.

Many people were getting it done by a local roofer who has an excellent reputation. We got a quote from him. We never get just one quote so we did some research and got a quote from ELO as well.

We were shocked by the difference in the price as we were circumspect about having the same things quoted. Mark B. was our manager and he spent a great deal of time explaining the process. It felt like doing business with a friend.

The process started and our contact was Victoria Rodriquez. She was beyond wonderful. Very quick to answer questions, knowledgeable, professional and obviously really wanting to guide us through the process.

The roofers came. They worked diligently in 90+ degrees for two days in a row. They were polite, professional and responded quickly to any suggestions or questions. They carefully covered things that might get damaged and cleaned up leaving the house looking like they had never been there.

I have worked in customer service for 40+ years. Good service really isn’t measured when everything goes right. Good service is measured when things go wrong. There was some minor damage to a skylight in the process. We have three and it was not surprising. Shyann took great care of it. Again, she exhibited the same courtesy as Victoria. She hired Albert, a contractor, to fix things and it was taken care of quickly.

This was an excellent experience. We highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

From the estimate to the completion of the job ELO roofing outperformed my expectations. After having 4 estimates from other reputable companies ELO came in the highest BUT every possible aspect was covered and after making a counter offer I was ready to start. What a great crew . Office to the men on the roof.

The whole process went smoothly and efficiently. Sam Wilkins and Victoria Rodriguez were readily available to answer any questions and move the entire project along quickly and seemlessly. From the time I initially received my quote from Sam until project completion was only two weeks.

I would definitely recommend Elo Roofing. I actually did recommend Elo Roofing to my next-door neighbor and they used Elo as well and they were very happy with their roof.

Robert with Skyline answered ALL of our calls during the roof replacement. After the roof was completed, we called him /left vm messages and he hasn’t returned our calls!

They did quality work, and finished fast.

I liked the hands-on, one-on-one approach they used.

Everything wek were told would happen, happened when we were told it would.

They lied to me and told me I was getting the better shingle, but it was the cheapest one. I never signed anything that says I wanted that, and that it was okay to put them on my roof.

Without a hitch, the project went without any problems. The installation crew did their individual jobs on a timely manner and were finished by the end of the day, cleanup complete without a trace of discarded old roofing anywhere to be seen. Special recognition should go to the following:
