Overall the work was good, however communication issues caused price over runs.

The workmanship was timely and professional, and they did a great job.

Everything was excellent, and this has been my favorite project to date. They have very quality craftsmanship.

They were responsive, prompt, and had great attention to detail. They seemed to hire qualified people for their team. I've worked with builders before and done a little building. I was very pleased for all the right reasons. The project was a little slower than I anticipated, but I dont think they had control over it. Getting supplies in this climate in the United States can be challenging.

What I liked was they explained everything in detail and showed me what had to be done Chris,Juan and Sergio are a exceptional team

Did not re-hook up my electricity, and I didn’t notice until after they already left

The clean up guy took away full sheets of plywood, we paid for them. The plywood was stacked against our shop and away from the debris pile. When we complained, your group asked us if we wanted replacement or cash. We got nothing.

Full service- no need for seperate carpenter and painting crew. (This job required replacing distressed cedar chimney surrounds with new Hardie plank surrounds to match existing siding.

I would recommend them to a friend because they did an excellent job on my deck and two bathrooms. Max gave me a great deal. I liked the quality of their work and cleanliness of their work.

You said i would have to pay for a return repair visit that was a problem that your contractor created. I ended up finding and fixing the problem myself.

The job (our third experience with Northwest Builders) was completed in time and the workers were meticulous in their approach.

Jeremy was generous with his time and provided excellent materials to support the company’s focus on delivering a quality product. I was very satisfied with the end product.

Just a small lack of communication only a couple times however company and construction works and contractor listened to me and gave us an excellent end result. I would use them again.

There was some difficulty with communication.

They worked fast, efficient and cleanup after themselves very nicely and didn't make a lot of noise. They were nice and professional and my roof has already been hit with Atmosphere Rivers, and it has held up nicely.

They did a great job.

I am very pleased with Noah and his crew's work on my 67-year old house. It looks brand new! Noah kept me informed of the work progress and everything was completed on time.

Frequent communication regarding what to expect, arrival time. Actually brought the team member to home prior to work for introductions and validation of scope of work.
