While the team was professional and nice to work with, the beam on my vaulted ceiling was damaged. When this was brought to the attention of Chris, he said that couldn’t be right. Once I sent pictures showing, and after I showed the foreman, there was an offer to paint the plywood, which now shows through into my bedroom, but it wasn’t really taken seriously. Now I look at it when I fall asleep and try not to be disappointed that it isn’t as pretty as it was.

Everything was done on the agreed timeline and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Wish that all contractors were as capable!!

Getting a new roof is a big job and a big expense, and for me, that usually means a lot of anxiety. Eco Roof & Solar was so easy, friendly and helpful every step of the way. From the initial phone call and the first in-person assessment they made me feel like I was being taken care of. I was walked through the process of what getting a new roof entails and was shown physical samples, which was very helpful. I was able to visit recent job sites, which was a huge help in deciding what color tiles to go with. The crew was very respectful, and efficient and did a great job. I'm very pleased with my new roof and would definitely recommend EcoRoof to anyone in need of a new roof. I should also mention their quote was a little cheaper than other roofing contractors I reached out to, and one of the big deciding factors for choosing EcoRoof was that they gave me space to review the quote and make the decision without hounding me for their business.

Great communication and follow through from Chris Lennon from ECO. He fielded all our questions and concerns and gave us a competitive bid that made it easy to go with them for our roof replacement. We were very particular about the shingle color, and did not have a “second choice”, which was a challenge (pain in the a$$) for Chris. He pulled off a minor miracle, sourcing materials from a vendor 80 miles away so that we could have exactly what we wanted, and he did it with a smile! Scheduling was quick, aside from the delay we created ourselves. Tear off took one day, and the crew was nice and super diligent about protecting landscaping from debris and damage, and pretty meticulous about cleaning up their mess. Inspection process was done virtually, so we weren’t all sitting around for a city inspection before work could continue. Decided to add radiant barrier to garage roof, last minute, and Chris didn’t blink, he just made it happen, again with a smile. Five days start to finish, with minimal delays or inconvenience, which is pretty rare these days with LA contractors. ECO did a great job and we love our new Cool Roof, especially with the 50 year transferable warranty! Highly recommend 💯💯💯

ECO Roof & Solar's initial bid was informative without sales pressure, answered every question in detail, and was patient as I solicited 2 more bids. A different vendor proposed the same Owens Corning materials with a hard sell about their quality and came in almost $10K above ECO. Without hesitating, I gave the job to ECO. They projected a 5 day job and finished the roof in 3 days. The were highly professional and did first class work. I highly recommend them.
