Well, our son and his family are building a new house in Eastbrook's Lowell location. So, we already did recommend Eastbrook to a family member and have mentioned our positive experience with other family and friends.

I would tell anyone looking to build a home to consider Eastbrook Homes.

We got a beautiful quality home for a fair price.

Very easy to work with but the longer I live in the home, I'm questionable of the quality of the build.

The process of designing and building our home was easy and enjoyable. Everyone at Eastbrook Homes was professional and competent. This was the seventh home we have built and definitely the best experience!

Good quality for the price

Nick Bailey was exceptional. My bathroom fan quit working. I emailed Eastbrook Homes about it. Nick said he would come out and look at it, and he did. He was able to get it working again at no charge.

We were most unhappy with the bouncing of the floors. Everything shakes when someone walks on it. We complained and were brushed off.

This is the third Eastbrook home that I have lived in (first home I was second owner and the other two I was the initial buyer), and this house just had more issues and I feel lack of attention to detail than the other two.

Meet committed timing to complete the property.

We were told by construction mgr., who retired during our build, that we could not have a drain in our garage. We found out afterwards that we could, as ant least one of our neighbors has one. Other neighbors shared the same experience. So changes include being honest about what customers want and can have for their build, instead of what mgr. is willing to do.

More choices for better fireplaces, not happy with it.

Small crack across half of our porch and we were told nothing could be done about it. There are also other cracks in the basement, storage area, same response.
Overall satisfied, but not sure customers really get more house for the money.

The experience of the house is pretty good except that are still things that aren't right, that we have tried to get fixed through the warranty thing. Finally, after three times, it is better, but it is never quite right. Specifically, on the siding right now, we have a ceiling in the porch out by the front door that plays music when the wind blows. It has its own percussion, and it has its own reed instruments. It doesn't sound like a car, more like the house is not happy. I think it is not secure. There are areas that rattle badly when the wind blows, so it doesn't sound like it's really fixed down very well.

They were very professional.

Communication during the build process was not good. Lack of stage gates to purchase decisioning. All decisions must be made final in one or two sittings without 3d render and with penalties if any changes (no matter how minute) are required. Mandate to purchase all items through Eastbrook requiring double purchase when Eastbrook option not desired (lights, fixtures, hardware specifically)
