We are very pleased with our new Eastbrook Home and have recommended Eastbrook to several friends, and a few of them are actually building new homes with Eastbrook presently.

Trevor and Ben, who we worked with closely, were really stellar at communication. They did a very nice job with us.

Home is great but H/VAC system is undersized. Little to no air coming out of multiple vents. Takes hours to raise / lower temps when both cooling or heating. No help in resolving issue.

The overall quality is inferior to what we’ve had in the past. It’s not bad, but certainly not as good as I would have expected for $600,000.

Sarah, the interior designer, was very helpful. The construction manager Ben, and my support manager Ron both did an amazing job.

I think the quality of the home that was built is excellent. I am very pleased with the quality of the home; it is quiet and comfortable. The design process is intensive. You are expected to pick out all your choices and then wait until the end to see the result. They did an impressive job counseling me through that.

Feel scammed on the price of our home compared to others in the same neighborhood

There are many, many things I enjoy about my new home and community but the inability or unwillingness to find a solution to the exhaust fan noise would make me hesitate to recommend Eastbrook.

Construction quality is exceptional, response time to questions and concerns was very good.

We moved from out of state, and the process of designing and building our home was seamless and organized. We received weekly video updates from Matt which were always the highlight of our week. Every step of the way, from choosing a lot to closing was carefully guided and professionally executed.

You were quick to build, respond to problems, and for the most part this was fairly easy for me.

Seamless from beginning to end!!! And the milestones and customer service are simply amazing! I would highly recommend Eastbrook to anyone building a home!
