Communication on the job site must be improved. The project manager should arrive first to the job, introduce himself to the homeowner, ask about any concerns, all BEFORE the workers are allowed to start work. Issues discovered during the job, rotten wood, etc. should be documented and revealed to the homeowner before repairing them. Issues discovered after the job is completed, especially shingle misplacement, should be revealed to homeowner BEFORE YOU UNEXPECTEDLY SEND WORKERS BACK UP ON THE ROOF. The lack of communication creates mistrust between homeowner and Dynamic Roofing.

A price that does not change which is stated in the agreement, and a note the company did additional work that was not in the agreement at no additional charge. (TRUST DYNAMIC ROOFING AND THE OWNER STOPED TO OVER SEE THE ROOF REPLACEMENT)
