The main removal of old roof and installing the main shingles looked good, BUT the final touches of the new ridge vent was not professional, wavy and did not extend the opening in the roof as was part of the contract! I had to tell them to repair it, which was after I gave them my last check for the job. They corrected it after I told them! The vents were not painted prior to adding the shingles. They had overspray and I was told is supposed to wear out with time. These final issues took away from a good and professional final impression! This is a shame since the main removal of old shingles, install and clean up was professional.

My project manager, Joseph McManus, was awesome, very attentive, and made sure everything was done correctly. He provided great updates throughout the process.

The workmanship was excellent, but the pre-communication about when the work was going to be done was an issue for me. That was very poor communication.
