We were happy with the work. It was very efficient. However, we had a brand-new broom that was used to clean up cement and as a result, got cement all over it. Also, after they left, our drain pipe was leaking. I had to fix that with glue since they didn't put any on it.

I was promised a two-year battery on the warranty, and it turned out to be 5 year warranty, and the pump was promised as a 5 year warranty but was a 3 year warranty.
