My experience with Droddy Roofing was very pleasant! I was very happy to see that the company was owner operated and that Seth, the owner, spent so much time with me throughout the whole process. He inspected my old roof and then we discussed his findings and recommendations for the work and type of materials needed to protect my home from all that Mother Nature could throw at it. Considering I live on the Gulf Coast and we frequently have hurricanes, it was an easy decision for me to go with the Tamko Titan XT package of protection, that Seth recommended. Seth was here once the work began, he also followed up with an inspection after my new decking was placed and then gave the ok to his workers to continue with the rest of my roof install. After all work was completed, Seth inspected everything and we were both very pleased with the workmanship and the end result. During the whole process, from my very first call to their office, to our last interaction, everyone at Droddy Roofing was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and considerate. They didn't just make me happy to have chosen them for this one project, they left me feeling like I was taken care of by family. If I ever have any roofing needs in the future, Droddy Roofing will be the only company I will call and I will always highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Droddy Roofing removed my 25 year old raggedy roof and installed a beautiful and durable new roof quickly and efficiently. Seth was very attention to details. We got aligned upfront on the work that needed to happen. He personally walked the job daily and followed up with questions that I brought up for my understanding. He treated my job like the work that he would expect at his own house. His Team worked well together everyone had a specific task/job that they were responsible for. There was clear communication amongst all his workers which was really nice to see. The whole crew including Seth did a final walk of the job ensuring everything was cleaned up like before they started. And most importantly No Shortcuts were taken and No One got hurt!!!
