DreamMaker of Southern Lakes is fantastic. A++. We wanted to remodel a bathroom. The entire process was painless. We worked with Mary on our design. Once that was completed and agreed to, we worked with Andrew, the installer. These two are beyond professional. Andrew would show up each day at the agreed upon time. Not early, not late…exactly on time. He was polite and very neat. This was a bathroom on the second floor and there was no mess anywhere. Floors were covered. Carpet was protected. Work proceeded quickly. After the first day, Mary followed up to make sure there were no issues that we were concerned about. She did the follow-up a few more times over our project just to make sure we were happy.

When necessary, other DreamMaker employees would help Andrew with the heavier objects. Riley and Jay were very nice, personable and professional. Their plumbing sub was again very good and he did some upgrades to make sure our plumbing was protected from freezing. No extra charge…they just make sure everything is done right.

We are so happy with how the process went that we are working with Mary on remodeling our kitchen. The biggest positive with DreamMaker is they do 90+% of the work with their own employees, so we did not have to deal with a bunch of different subs. No tiling sub. No electrical sub. No painting sub. That makes the whole process very easy and smooth!

This was my fifth kitchen remodel and the experience was head and shoulders above my other experiences. They listened to our needs, helped us make choices, made great suggestions to make the kitchen even better. The actual construction phase was great. No mess, on time - I looked forward to having them in our home. The final result is a beautiful kitchen of the highest quality. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dream makers was wonderful to work with. I have already recommended them to friends. It was enjoyable working with the team, and they were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. WE mostly worked with Jay, Eric and Angie. Jay stopped in a few times to check on progress and to help if there were any issues. Eric and has team were there every day working. Eric communicated constantly to us and asked questions to make sure that we agreed on things. Eric and his team were wonderful to work with and because of them, the project was completed on time. Angie was always there to follow up on design questions and to ensure that all items were there. If we had another project to do, we would definitely go back to them.

I already have recommended DreamMaker to a friend and she has had several meetings with Jay and his team.

Jay performed expert work on our master bath remodel. He was very collaborative and built quality workmanship into our final product. The entire project was completed on time and on budget and we were thrilled with the results. We would definitely recommend DreamMaker for your remodeling needs!
