I was extremely satisfied, Verl and his whole team provided a high quality product and were detail oriented to ensure things were done to a high standard. I noticed specifically that Verl was extremely thoughtful every time he stopped by to evaluate what things needed to be considered or altered. From start to finish the work took about a month - ran on schedule for what they estimated at the beginning of the project.
I thought his whole team was great, particularly Byron who was often the person on site. Admittedly, most of the days I was not in the apartment during work because it was loud. But the few times I was I never had any concerns.

We have always felt relieved to have Verl Dyer (of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of NW DC) in charge of a home project, from simple repairs to large improvements. Over the many years, Verl has replaced the wood floor, created built-ins, installed kitchen backsplash tile, replaced historic windows, and completely remodeled the bathroom. He has also done countless projects for our small condo building. We can always count on Verl for better quality and personal attention.
