The project was a success, teams did a great job, but it's too early to comment on the materials as it's only been 6 months since the new roof was installed.... both teams (roofers and gutterers) were efficient and very professional

The experience was flawless, satisfactory, and did not require me to go through a whole lot of hassle. It was a great presentation, and they delivered on everything they said they would do.

I think the job is a quality job and product; however, the pricing was way too much. I answered an ad and put my zipcode in there's a discounted thing and I started getting phone calls right away with this Dream Home Roofers. I'm a disabled veteran it's a 100% disability and thought there were going to be some discounted things. I was in a pinch and had to have it done or my homeowner insurance would've dropped me. The job itself was good but it was way overpriced.

The structural damage caused by the installation of the roof was not repaired.

The roof looks great. The workers were excellent. Everything was picked up after they finished the project. My only problem is that I thought the cost was a little high.

The company worked during horrible snow and ice on my roof, and I think they should be commended—they honestly deserve a medal for that, because there is no way I would have done that myself. They completed the job on time, and everything they said they would do on those dates, they did. They finished the roof and completed all the work they were supposed to. What really stood out to me was the situation itself, because the weather was terrible—snow and ice everywhere—and they still showed up and got it done. I truly commend them for that. I’ve never had another company do that for me, and I was very impressed.

Be cautious of their pricing because it is off.

This is an outstanding company. It is unbelievable. They are tremendous. They finished my roof and did everything they said they would do. The weather was horrible, and I was afraid they were going to fall off the roof. They were very professional. They are amazing.

Dream Home Roofers destroyed parts of my home and caused damage without my authorization in order to get their final product. They refused to repair the damage.

They were timely and communicated throughout the process.

We had some issues with all of the workers being Spanish-speaking. I couldn't communicate with them. I asked them to provide me with someone who spoke English, but they did not. The communication with the workers was a problem.

I am very pleased with the overall process. It was excellent. The technician and the person that came out to get it all started were extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient and took the time for us to understand. There were things that we didn't understand and he would repeat the process. Leon was his name. That's really transparent and a good way for people to feel comfortable. I really appreciated that. He was a wonderful man who really knew his business, but he was really concerned about us being pleased. He put his customers first and that it just awesome.

I was satisfied with the job. They git there at 7:30 and were done by 4. They did a great job cleaning up, and they left everything good.

I find that they were professional and they did the job as they said they would in the time they said they would and they cleaned up beautifully.

There technical percedure

Roofers didn't do the roofing job I was Promise they would do, left to things undone, having trouble with the Rain water going into the Trough s water running down the sides of the house instead of going in the Troughs causing water gather on the walk in front of the house. Bent a water trough, didn't anchor the down spout on the upper roof, just left it hanging.Just don't look like a professional roofing Job.

The customer service was good. I didn't appreciate my loan at 9%.

It appears that the roofing's quality is great. This is the first we have heard regarding any follow-up to make sure everything was done properly. After it was all over, I thought the price was extremely expensive.

They do the least they can. They are in a hurry to get off the roof. They do not do the work properly.

I feel that they need more supervision with the workers. If the superintendent is going to be there, that person needs to stay with them from the beginning to the end to point them in the right direction.

They are trustworthy ,positive work habits.

Could offer submitting claim through insurance company.

They did it all in one day and did a great job.
