They never finished my roof

I do not have any friends.

Very responsive, very thorough and prompt. Good cleanup. Only detractor is the many, many review and survey requests after completion. Too many!

The work was done quickly and very satisfactorily. It was all good.

I am assuming the roof is correct, but it was put up during the weather. So, my issue is that they left a lot of nails out there, and I had a flat tire, and nobody came to retrieve them. I am hoping they are all up because I had to pay twice for a nail in my tire.

Dream Home Roofers was efficient but very sloppy.

They did a pretty good job, but the loan that they told me about turned out to be a ten year loan. I didn't know that. The roof would end up costing me $50,000.00 over ten years. I want to go back to the company and work out an arrangement with them. I am 82 and it's a ten year loan. I am still not happy about all of that stuff.

Everything went well. They got it done in a good amount of time.

The experience was flawless, satisfactory, and did not require me to go through a whole lot of hassle. It was a great presentation, and they delivered on everything they said they would do.

I think the job is a quality job and product; however, the pricing was way too much. I answered an ad and put my zipcode in there's a discounted thing and I started getting phone calls right away with this Dream Home Roofers. I'm a disabled veteran it's a 100% disability and thought there were going to be some discounted things. I was in a pinch and had to have it done or my homeowner insurance would've dropped me. The job itself was good but it was way overpriced.

The structural damage caused by the installation of the roof was not repaired.

The roof looks great. The workers were excellent. Everything was picked up after they finished the project. My only problem is that I thought the cost was a little high.

The company worked during horrible snow and ice on my roof, and I think they should be commended—they honestly deserve a medal for that, because there is no way I would have done that myself. They completed the job on time, and everything they said they would do on those dates, they did. They finished the roof and completed all the work they were supposed to. What really stood out to me was the situation itself, because the weather was terrible—snow and ice everywhere—and they still showed up and got it done. I truly commend them for that. I’ve never had another company do that for me, and I was very impressed.

Be cautious of their pricing because it is off.

Destroyed/removed 20ft section of ACTUAL 109yr old house to install flashing....did terrible job installing the flashing & has NOT responded to warranty coverage.....ensuing damage to home due to destruction of house & unprofessional installation WITHIN a month of install

This is an outstanding company. It is unbelievable. They are tremendous. They finished my roof and did everything they said they would do. The weather was horrible, and I was afraid they were going to fall off the roof. They were very professional. They are amazing.

Dream Home Roofers destroyed parts of my home and caused damage without my authorization in order to get their final product. They refused to repair the damage.
