Excellent service and quality work!

Nails in my pool, nails in my foot requiring tetanus shot absolutely not recommending. The install crew is careless in demo and cleanup was poor. Broke my chair didn't even bother to mention it. Certainly didn't offer to replace it, just left it broken next to the pool. Roof debris in my covered patio, had to clean it all up after. Guys are clearly very rushed and simply don't care.

Everything from beginning to end. Intro with Omar, the pitch, the financing, the delivery day, installation day and follow up was smooth as can be.

The #1 problem that we addressed multiple times prior to signing the contract was ensuring that all nails/metal shards were removed from our yard and the neighbors' yard. They briefly ran the magnetic sweep immediately after the project but did not finish, promised to return the next day for a more thorough cleaning but did not arrive until at least 3 days later (the freeze did not occur until 2 days after this installation so that would not be a valid excuse). My nephew had a piece of a nail puncture his foot in the backyard.

After the roof was replaced, I noticed a water mark on the ceiling and attempted to contact the sales representative by text. However, I did not receive any response, so I contacted his project manager. The project manager said he could arrange a schedule but was unable to provide a specific date for the repair. I understand that scheduling may take time; however, a water leak is a very serious issue for me and for any customer. If we experience heavy rain again before the repair is completed, this could result in significant additional damage and costly repairs. Not yet resolved.
