The crew was skilled, hard working, and completed the project on time. The project manager was available to speak to whenever necessary and was here at the beginning and end of the project, as promised.

The project came out better than expected

The painters were sloppy. I still find nails on the carpet from the pictures. There was paint on several pieces of furniture. They left old paint chips in tub and shower. I had to ask them back to redo some places that they missed. They left a paint can in my unit.

I very much question the second coat which allegedly was done. I was charge and ordered the higher quality paint but received the middle of the line. My price quote included my garage door being painted but when I asked for a deduction I was told it was not marked.

There was a significant disconnect between how the sales team described the work (while on our property after they had examined everything to be painted) and the quality of the actual job. Dino was the most expensive quote we got, but we contracted with you because of the promise of a thorough, tidy, and high-quality job. The job site prep that was described in the brochures and by the sales team (taping everything, clean-up, surface prep) was not aligned with the actual workmanship. Nothing was taped, and at the end of the job there was all over the bricks alongside the window frames, siding, awnings, etc. There were also paint chips lying all over the property, and there was paint dripped into our shrubs. Also, the sales team made it seem as though the surface prep would be more thorough and old paint would be better covered. Our project manager clarified that the industry standard is just to remove what comes off with the power wash and there is no sanding or smoothing. Paint was just slapped on to uneven surfaces, and the surfaces that were supposed to be scraped and prepped were not treated properly. The painting crew had to be called to come back 2 times because of cracking, peeling, or incomplete paint application across the front and back sides of the house. Overall, we paid nearly $10,000 for a job that looked quite sloppy, and that will likely require ongoing remediation during our warranty period. This was all very disappointing.

We had the best experience with Dino Painting! The team was responsive in the initial setup and quick yet thorough to complete our job. They did wallpaper removal and painting. It looks like a brand-new room!

Paint chips left in the yard. Not a lot of communication during the project and we didn’t know how long it would take or what time the crew would be on site. Some spots did not get primer + 2 coats.

I have been in contact with the project manager and they are aware of how they disappointed me.

Too much of a hassle to deal with all the different people. I'd rather pay more for a painter who is going to come quote, prepare and paint themselves vs. a game of telephone that I have to try to manage between a bunch of people who all are annoyed with each other.

I thought they were efficient and very professional. The work was excellent. They did everything I asked them to do. I'm very pleased with what they did.

Everyone has their own opinion and these days people rush to make theirs heard. Sometimes stepping back and looking at the overall situation can give you a clearer picture.
I like the people at Dino they did a very nice job for us.

Part of the job was not completed (gutter cleaning) but it was not possible to discuss/explain/understand since I was unable to communicate with the person doing the work at my house.

They were excellent in helping me achieve what I wanted. It was my first time hiring a painter and I hire them again in a minute.

i sincerely appreciate how friendly and personable all dino representatives and painters were. everyone was very kind and scheduling was fast. however, finished product quality isn’t what i was hoping for — trim work being my primary concern. i’m now noticing inconsistencies (not fully reaching base boards, ceiling cuts and corners uneven, bleeding onto caulk), poor overall protection (leather couch wasn’t covered and white from ceiling can be seen on it, vent / switch / outlet / hardware / mirror edges are painted on, there are blots and smears on carpet / tile / shower surround / cabinet), and unfinished areas (around and under bathroom mirror respectively wasn’t touched or very sloppy). i get some of these locations are challenging, but my goal in hiring a professional service was to avoid expending time and hassle on exacting trim work in the midst of a big move. i will have to go back and retouch several areas myself. i was also told during my estimate appointment that if final tender was cash, a 5% discount would be applied. i paid cash and this did not happen. just a little disappointed in the end, unfortunately.

Dino Painting went above & beyond to assure we were completely satisfied with everything! I was very pleased with the colors I picked for our deck and railings and the painters did a spectacular job! One of the reasons I chose Dino Painting was because of the people representing them. When I met the Sales person, Brian, and he told me they would take care of everything, including moving our deck furniture & refrigerator, he meant it! He was so knowledgeable about the company, and I felt self assured I was making the best choice for my money, that I was ready to make the deposit and sign immediately! Our Project Manager, Connor, was amazing! He asked us more than once if we were happy with how everything looked and when I did point out a couple of minor things, he took care of it immediately! He even did a few things himself to make sure it was handled in a timely manner and that we were completely satisfied before signing off! We had a wonderful experience. Don’t put your project off, or look any further; choose Dino Painting! You will be overjoyed with your end result, too!
