Statewide Remodeling Walk-in Tub and Soaker Tub Installation

We have never been more happy to write a review of service performed. Jason, the installer of our walk-in tub and soaker tub for a second bathroom, is the consummate professional in every way. His attention to detail and making sure everything was done right gave us the confidence that we had made the right decision in choosing Statewide Remodeling. To begin with we asked him for sure if he and his team wanted to tackle carrying the walk-in tub up a flight of stairs to our second floor bathroom. His response, “I never back down from a challenge.”

Beginning with the cost estimator for our project, Justin Shelton; scheduler, Otto; carpenter/painter, Ismael; and most importantly field installation supervisor, Foster, all went out of their way to help guide us through this process in a most professional and helpful manner.

My wife of 61 years is already benefiting from the therapy provided to her by the walk-in tub.

I would recommend Statewide highly but I would tell whomever I was making the recommendation to that they need to be clear on start to finish dates. We were told one thing and got something totally different. I understand the world is not perfect. Judy and I have been involved in remodel projects previously.

Installation was done in one day and the shower is really nice.

Both men were willing to answer any questions that we had and asked us about location of corner shelf and the interference of window sill. Both also were polite, fast and complete in their work.

Will definitely not recommend. Will share with potential our bad experiences especially not able to enjoy Christmas holidays with family.

I feel I can recommend Statewide but I would be also caution them about the sales tactics. I would also advise them to not make the final payment without getting a better result with the texture and visible nail head situation (see comments below).

I am not recommending this company. I think your sales people need to be honest first and foremost. Lying sales people can take a company down. Once I found out Quinn lied, I have no trust in the company. He is your front man, he should not lie about anything especially what will be installed.

While the quality of the construction pleased us, the price was much too expensive. Get additional bids beforehand.

Customer Service was excellent, Statewide worked with us as we had trips planned in the middle of the installation time, they went beyond to accommodate us.

The installation crew did a great job.

The installers (Otis Neel & sons) were fantastic. Very polite and careful. We do have two windows that the grid is going in the wrong direction and one that is the wrong color. We are also missing some screens. These things I have been told are being taken care of. I was presented with forms to sign stating that the project was complete (which, it's not) and asked to sign them anyway. I was assured that the finance company would not fund the project and bill me without CALLING me to confirm first. They did call and then billed me anyway. Not happy about that, but Marco, the Statewide supervisor assured me that they would "reimburse" my first payment since the project is not done, so I've gone ahead and made the payment.

Every person involved in my project did a great job, especially the installers.
