Crews need to bemore careful .as they nicked an electric line going to our sprinkler system. We had to get it fixed before we could turn the system on (and we had to pay them).

This was a very courteous and professional install replacing two very old windows. The wibdow company made both windows with excellent measurements.

They came with materials and placed them on driveway not compromising parking our vehicles. Three weeks later started the work on siding of my house. Took them about a week from start to finish. Big improvement of exterior.

Once the project was completed is when my dissatisfaction began.

I would have gone 5 but the contractor was as difficult to deal with.

The installers worked very hard and were done with the siding and the gutters in 4 days. They were careful and respectful of my property. However, I’m still waiting for that touch-up kit I was told that I would get. I don’t mind picking it up myself!

The siding is great, there are a few things, but I can overlook them. The windows are great with a few things, but I can overlook them. The shower is not acceptable.

It has destroyed my foundation. The heavy siding must be removed. The salesman, Mike should have known that siding was too heavy for this 1979 Coach. He was told many, many time what kind of home was. Very, very disappointed since will not fix this issue. The price for the siding, all materials and installation was $42,000.00 which was paid in full. Since DaBella was paid in full, they longer will work with us to resolve my foundation issues. DO NOT TRUST DaBELLA.

1st The whole process took too long.
2nd the sales rep said "if you have any problems contact me first." She doesn't respond.
3rd one screen delivered damaged with a promise to replace within a month. It's been 5 months. They respond with a promise and don't follow through.
We're still waiting.
We have 7 more windows to replace. It won't be done through DaBella I assure you.

Professional staff.

The workers were the best we've ever had work on our house.

There were some details that they were unable to do even though they were showing in the pictures that they showed me on. It was due to certain height restrictions of the siding. There was supposably nothing they could do due to the restrictions.
