We are very pleased with our experience with Creative Decks. Neighbors came to see the new deck and some have hired Tom after seeing ours. Tom and his crew were polite, professional, timely and easy to work with. We would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Although Tom was responsive and communicative, we were dissatisfied with the design of our deck upon completion. I am not sure I got a final bill, and when I asked for one, he didn't produce one. I thought we were signed up for the warranty, but he did direct me on where to go for that information. He's a nice guy, but I wouldn't recommend him for someone who knows exactly what they want and are looking for. We should have done more research on our part.

Creative Decks Inc had removed my old wooden deck and replaced it with a beautiful maintenance-free deck. Now the stairs, trim and railing system with the contrasting colors create a pleasant and professionally designed place to enjoy the summer and fall weather.
