They took a long time to get the windows to us. There wasn't much communication. I had to contact them to find out when they were going to be installed.

You attempted to charge us an additional 11K after the roof had been removed. That damage was visible from the inside, and something we pointed it out during the 4 hour initial in home visit. That visit was supposed to be 90 min tops, not 4 house concluding at 10:30pm! Let’s go back to the beginning of the instal, the gutter crew showed up to put new gutters on BEFORE the roof was removed. Not to mention, they walked right into my backyard, set up ladders on my roof and never even knocked on the door to notify us they were onsite. Also no verbal notice ahead of time that they were coming by. Once rescheduled, we recieved a 20 min text message update that they were on there way at 5pm. It was all extremely inconvenient and the lack of advance notice was quite frankly alarming, especially for the price of this roof. We were under the impression we were paying a higher cost for better service, that is not what we received.

The team was here on time (8am) & did not leave until I walked around the house & inspected the ground & roof. lThey left around 6 pm. The team was friendly & answered all my questions. I really like the new vent pipes they installed for the two bathrooms. Im very happy with the valleys they installed. I'm glad the sales person mentioned them during our quote process.

I'm STILL waiting for my window installation and every time I inquire about them I never get an answer back other then "that's a separate contract". I signed this contract with Coastal Windows and Exteriors and as your name implies you are still responsible for the installation of my windows whether it's a separate contract or not. It was all part of the same job which is still not yet completed. We had to call the electricians back because the original crew left some of the wires hanging from the house. A different crew came back in a timely manner and finished the job properly and they were dissatisfied with the previous crew. The exterior siding itself was done very nicely and I'm happy with that. But I've inquired at least twice now about the windows with no response.

Coastal Windows & Exterior did an amazing job installing the Harding siding, windows, doors, sliders. The craftsmanship was top notch and completed it in a very timing manner. The orders were hardworking and always showed up on time.

The finishing work, was not up to our high standards. In particular, some of the caulking of our exterior door was not well done. Excess caulk was smeared unnecessarily onto the door surface. creating a visually off putting distraction from the quality of the overall unit. The installation of the unit itself was well done and done in a timely manner. The crew was courteous, respectful, and appeared knowledgeable. The area of surrounding the door unit could have been cleaned up more thoroughly, creating additional work for the homeowner.

thw work was done quickluy, and while pricing the job, we found a more affordable (and nicer) option that I had asked for.

From Cody in Sales to the Work Crew, Dave and Ashley everyone from Coastal Windows are first class. They scheduled the job. They showed up when they said they would be here. The finished the house ahead of schedule. I would absolutely use Coastal again. First rate experience.

In this day and age companies don’t call you back this company got right back to me set up an appointment a nice gentleman came and did the final measurements the sales guy was great I believe it was Anthony and the installer was very prompt and did his job and did it well. Ashley has been fantastic at sending the warranty and any other information.

Everyone I interacted with were very professional, friendly, respectful, and supportive. They informed me of all pros and cons of each product, what to look out for if I decided to go with a different brand/vendor/contractor and more. From beginning to end, all of my questions were answered, and I always have a lot of questions. Will and Dino were refreshingly honest and patient, Hugh, the electrician, was quite possibly the kindest person I’ve spoken with, Scott and Dave took their time to answer additional questions I had at the end of the process and the installation crew was beyond efficient and thorough. Every step and the project itself exceeded my expectations!

Everyone involved was professional and a pleasure to deal with. The roof looks very nice and everything was left neat and clean. So far, we are very satisfied.

The initial work with them is quite good, thorough creative and collaborative. But once you have paid, they don't respond at all. It's a lot of good customer service upfront, but very little on the follow through once they receive payments, especially about concerns.

Our neighbor down the street used these teams and recommended Coastal to us and highly recommend and the money we spent was well worth every cent.

When I explained to them why I was looking for new doors and what I wanted, they didn't explain to me that their doors would still do what I didn't want. I told them what I wanted and why I was putting new doors in. They totally ignored me. Those doors don't work for what I wanted.

Overall very satisfied. The work looks stunning. Communication was excellent throughout the project. No false promises, just honest and accurate reporting on the progress through out. The work was completed in a timely manner in spite of complications due to unexpected damage that was uncovered during the work. I would rehire them for other projects in the future.

I would highly recommend the company to family and friends. They did great work, on time, and left the area clean after completing the job.
