The person who sold me the system was great . She was very responsive to questions right after I purchases system . When I reached out after the closet was installed I was no longer able to get in touch with her . You need to keep those lines of communication open . I got an error saying email not found .
Terrific quality and design experience but expensive.
The experience overall has been good. Closet America is a little more pricey, but you get what you pay for. Customer service is responsive in addressing issues.
Easy to purchase and design fit our needs
I am very happy with my closet. There was a missing rod and I am suppose to get the rod mailed to me. I have not received it yet.

Good product, but lacking in communication and follow up.
The design they put together made every square inch of space usable. What used to be too small a space to accommodate all my clothing and shoes now has room to spare.

You didn't dissatisfy me but it wasn't what I thought it was going to be. But it was good. I like the installer. She was very helpful, handy and knowledgeable and I don't think I'll get another closet done

I was sold a closet system where my long maxi dresses drag on the floor. I texted the salesman and he told me there was nothing he could do and then said he would put in a work order when I told him I was disappointed. I haven’t heard back from him 😠
I felt pressured by salesman to make an immediate decision in order to get discount. I had planned to get estimates from several companies. I could have said no but if I had decided later to go with ClosetAmerica, I was told I would lose the discount. I have since learned that the discount is ongoing.

Incorrect measurement for attic pull down clearance, units required removal, multiple attempts to communicate failed, called rep twice with whom I contracted and he could not get company to communicate, finally his manager got action, new delivery but all parts not on van.....another 4 weeks......this process: February-June
Price. I was only able to afford it bc of my husband’s employee discount.
