Negotiated to a price we both agreed on. Quite satisfied. Job was completely quickly, efficiently and the roof looks excellent.

A little overpriced and never stated all of the pricing broken down. Like labor costs. Had to hold back payment in order to get things done, we finally finished paying and still haven't had the last thing addressed that we brought up.

There was a giant language barrier between the work crew at my home and myself. They did know how to ask to use my bathroom, and being nice I let them and they stunk up my entire home. Black marks were left on an area of my siding. Someone put a hole in my resin wicker coffee table on my deck. A starter strip of shingle was left hanging off of my house. I had to throw the leftover roof vents and boxes and pallet left on my front lawn in the dumpster that was left in my driveway two extra days after the job was complete which forced me to park on the side of the road.

First shout out is to Mr Eli Pinard,product Specialist.Eli was incredibly accomodating and knowledgeable about the product,and even built a roof sample layer by layer on my dining table.

The work was done in a timely manner, roof looks great.

The estimate was accurate, including disclosing that replacement plywood sheathing was needed. That is something that is hidden until later by other companies. And then came in within the estimate/ quote.

Pressure sale value for change order

At this time we have issues more issues to contend with. Appointments, and traveling have not permitted the 2 of us to do an appropriate response at this time.

The overall process and final product were great. The selling process was a bit much. The consultant was here for several hours, I was literally making dinner while he sat at my dining room table. I understand the push from a sales tactic, but would have appreciate the opportunity to think about our decision for 24 hours before having to sign on the line.

Every one knew what to do and worked hard to get the job done quickly but also done well.

I would most certainly recommend Clear Choice. My husband and I did our own research and found this company to be the best match.

They showed up when they said they were going to. And the job was done quick and efficient.

What was presented to us by the salesman is not what showed up in our property. Language barrier prevented us from speaking with crew

I was told they would arrive at 8 am. My doorbell rang at 6:30 am! I was sound asleep, they woke me up, I had to get dressed to answer the door......They rang the doorbell for electricity!!!!! My outlets on the front porch did not work! They had to use their generator---so they woke me up for nothing since my outlet did not work!!!! I assume they came soooo early because it was supposed to be 90 degrees that day and they wanted to get a head start. They did do a good job and were finished quickly, if I recall correctly, they were done by 1 pm! They started in the shade and by 11:00 they were in full sun. It was a very hot day!!! They had long sleeves and hats on their heads/necks so as not to get burned. Inside the shed and grounds around the shed were well cleaned up from all the debris. :-)

We have had several projects done with Clear Choice. The most recent was our roofs. We have a geodesic dome house and garage. A roofing challenge for sure. It turned out spectacular. The roofers were, in fact, talented artists.

at the moment it's pouring and the guys are stripping the shingles. they already did 1/2 the roof and, as it was beginning to rain they quickly covered the roof with the permanent ice and water shield while the plywood was soaked. not good
