I was given the price made sure they knew I was on a very strict budget as I’m a disabled veteran. The day of the project as they were already on the roof got a call and they raided the price $9,000. This should of been noticed when the quote was given

I addressed specific areas of concern multiple times with the salesman, foreman, and crew leader prior to work commencing and my most significant concern (tie-in of the new roof to the existing flat roof which was still in great shape) was ignored or forgotten, until the final walk-around. I believe the crew leader was surprised that I got on the roof to inspect.
