Friendly professional crew that did excellent work

I addressed specific areas of concern multiple times with the salesman, foreman, and crew leader prior to work commencing and my most significant concern (tie-in of the new roof to the existing flat roof which was still in great shape) was ignored or forgotten, until the final walk-around. I believe the crew leader was surprised that I got on the roof to inspect.

I probably got a good 10 different estimates before I decided upon classic Roofing to do the job. They not only gave me the best deal of any other quotes but also you used a better quality shingle. That was a plus. I definitely would recommend them to someone considering re-roofing their home.

My skylights were not measured. Then found they needed to be special ordered. Weeks passed with no information being provided. It's been weeks since they finally installed the first two and I've not had any update on the third. They also left the incorrect skylights in my yard for weeks before picking them up, and still have no picked up a box of nails and vents that were supposed to be taken when they installed the two skylights.

After the issues and push back from supervisors and management regarding overall quality of the 'finished job' I am hesitant to put me name on a recommendation for Classic Roofing.
