I had my kitchen cabinets, resurfaced, I could not be happier with how they turned out.

We were impressed by our whole experience with Mad City. We had our walk-in shower remodeled and the quality of the materials and the work was outstanding. Every step of the process was clearly communicated to us. The installers were polite, professional and very neat.

They were very professional, very courteous, laid down a tarp over the carpeting. I got it done in one day.

Installers TJ and Zander were professional and easy to work with. 12 months same as cash was an excellent opportunity for us to have our new shower installed.

I have been pleased with the shower and baths that were installed and the professional and prompt sales, estimation, installation and service. The finish work around the area of installation could/should be improved.

I was satisfied with the end result but not the way things were handled to get there. Not professional. Salesman told me you have your own installers who are extensively trained. My installer was a subcontractor who bragged it only took about 2 days to learn the installation. Between he and his wife/assistant they had 3 doctor appts scheduled to work around. Measurer mismeasured and ordered wrong size door and also forgot to order 2 others. Finalworker who came to install final2 doors arrived with 5 year old son. Lack of professionalism from start to finish but again final job was satisfactory

Yes, customer service, sales personnel, installers and job site manager were all very helpful. Great 1 day installment and my house did not get messed up as they removed all debris.

Work seems good but I prefer a smaller company.

Had a tub/shower replaced. Mad city meet the estimated 4 week lead time. Material is great quality. Installation team was done in 6 hours on the same day.

They were on time, protected everything in my home, very polite & cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. Roy stopped by during install to make sure everything was going smoothly & to see if I had any issues. I also spoke to him at the end to make sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend this company

Overall good experience with no issues

The workers that did the job of replacing my tub and walls did terrific. I only had a single oversight of a coupling where the cast iron could have remained complete with no cuts. Other than that the work was completed to my satisfaction.
